bros I have to watch Akinsamiro in serie A before concluding if he should be invited or not

I haven’t had the opportunity to watch him and pisa so far this season
Oga Charles something is always missing in our midfield and time to solve it... Frederick made his debut playing for Brentford B team and see what the boy is doing....I think we just need to throw some boys in irrespective of their performance in their club side....Iwobi came in from academy straight to eagles...

spot on boss, this is the right time to that injecting new and younger faces to the team.

Chelle isn’t perfect but miles better than all the coaches the team have had in last 2 years. He should continue tinkering the team and I believe they will have a good outting at the next afcon

Like I said I predicted that super eagles will win the next afcon and I still maintain that
We need those boys ASAP... Frederick has proved that, imagine Frederick was a boy in Ilorin and Nasarawa in 2022 but see what he did today, calm and resilient

Not sure about Eletu, but Akinsanmiro, yes..
Ekong will start games from the bench till he retires after the AFCON
Frederick was superb today!
There is no need inviting Ekong again except we want to go the way of Keshi,Yobo,Kanu,Mikel and Ahmed Musa...time to integrate Ogbu, Frederick,Bassey as nucleus of our defense, good that we have young Bruno and Agu,also reliable Aina and Osayi.

Chelle shouldn’t be sacked
He shouldn't but Chelle need to up his game, starting Ekong benching Bruno and Uche was a very poor decision.

Time for Akinsanmiro,Eletu, Ogbu and Frederick to be eagles main players..... Frederick justified my confidence in him....well Ekong was averaged at best but surprised many in the last Afcon,Eagles made him but naturally he is not a good ball player, average in reading the games and reason for having 3 or 4 national team own goals

Own goal from Ekong. I won't blame him much. That midfield is useless. Bassey should have also done better.
Blame him,not the first or second own goal from Ekong,he made the starting XI based on his experience so why the pressure on him, even Frederick was well compose....I just hope he salvage the situation

We have good players that are above average.

Let's take for instance the Moses Simon that you mentioned.

The highest goal assists made by a player in the just concluded french ligue was 11, Moses Simon had 10.
Those are not stats for an average player.

He was at a time leading in the assists ranking. He did it in a team like Nantes, not the PSG, Marseille or Monaco of this world.

We have a very good team.
Just that many don't rate Simon or always under rating him, sincerely I don't know why, even go by eagles stats he had assists

Chelle should watch Nigeria vs SA Afcon 2023 and do the needful....pity we will miss Osimhen cus adopting Peseiro style meaning we need a horse as a striker but Tolu and Dessers can't do it...

Take it or leave it JPs tacrics is still the best so far. He was getting results bro!

Scoring against us was almost possible!

Imagine a team with a concrete defense, crowded midfield, fast wingbacks and two deadly forwads. We became a nightmare in the AFCON because of this and we should have continued from there.
Tactics that made players to get injuries and ruled them out for months....do you think such tactics can work in qualifiers.

But no be like say he leave training go sign autograph na.

Omo, we know we need to qualify o, but do we need to train till the point of injury before people know say players train? They've been training day and even night for this match, that autograph scene no pass 1 minute, 9 seconds, inside 24 hours. Haba.

Autograph is normal.
Sir,I got your point

Mind you am not criticizing Osimhen but the system

We can’t continue to make excuses with the system, our players lack the hunger we see their fellow Europe based players express when playing for their African teams.

Some 94 set players have always mentioned how they abandon coaches instructions at times to get results for the national team, apart from 2 or 3 players in this current squad we don’t see such hunger, desire or initiative
I repeat it the system is rotten, having 3 coaches for WC qualifiers not good in this era,yes the players lacking the zeal but the system can change it....imagine seeing tight pants lady interview your players inside camp preparing for important match...just saw Osimhen signing autograph for a lady and her daughter right there on the pitch....do we blame players for this but NFF.

That's why I mentioned the second option. Some of our better players don't give their all when playing for the SE and it's part of the reason we are where we are now.
As good as Iwobi in Fulham and the premier league, what has he contributed to the SE in this qualifiers so far? What about Simon, Chukwueze, Ekong, Ndidi, Aribo at some point, Boniface, Awoniyi, and their likes... What has been their contributions?

Duraissay scored twice today, Salah scored, Marmouise scored, Bakambu scored, these players always does well playing for their NT, can same be said of the SE players, aside Osimhen, Lookman, Bassey and Aina?
Oga it's the system not the players, the same Simon Moses was awesome during 2018 WC qualifiers,so let stop blaming the players but the system

in a box-18 tight situation, osimhen will prefer to lay off pass and make assist, but lookman will choose to wanna cut his marker and shoot becos he believe in that his foot which works well for him and its still working well for him…just that at this point we need team play
That 3 Europa goals in the final tell us what a player is Lookman.

Now Y'all know why Osimehn was angry at that equalizer by Zimbabwe

Bar Osimehn, all of your SE Players are not serious one bit. People that should be ashamed of themselves

It took Osimehn just two games to score 3 goals and giving us 4 points in two matches. Prior to then, we only had 3 points in four matches, scoring a measley 4 goals in the process.

What were the other useless players doing? I bet they were clowning around on the pitch on each match day.

So are they telling me that without Osimehn, these useless bunch of players can't beat the likes of Lesotho, Benin and Zimbabwe?

Stupid fools
Pls calm down baba,if we failed to make it,no issue we move on but no need calling these guys fools and useless players....I see everybody praising Osimhen but when Finidi was misquoted due to Osimhen absences people castigating the man,you now see why Finidi was bitter, availability of Osimhen would have saved him.

Yes baba it's painful but what can we do, nothing but NFF should be blamed

Super Eagles should be better understood. They are not "giants" themselves but they are giant slayers. Put them in a group of Giants otherwise known as "group of death" and watch them humiliate those so called Giants and qualify with ease, but put the same team in a group of "small" teams and watch them finding it difficult to beat those teams. Super Eagles are misunderstood as being Giants themselves because they slay Giants but they are not Giants. That's like saying David himself is a Giant in statue because he slayed a Giant. But the truth is God gave him the grace to take down the Giant because God uses weak things to confound the mighty (1.Cor 1:27).
Yes we're able to to do this cuz we have one or two quality players....2018 WC qualifier was made possible by Mikel and Victor Moses but players then are more disciplined, not now, imagine a lady in tight revealing pants in camp having access to our players doing podcasting in the heat of qualifications.

Abeg remove aina and lookman there.
Both of them are part of people who put us in this situation. Lookman missed 2 sitters in one of the home games we drew abi lost, Even aina blunder made us conceed against benin.
We know lookman tried in Nations cup but u see this WC qualifier he has been poor amd very selfish one of the reason for our predicament

only osimhen i repeat ONLY OSIMHEN CAN ESCAPE BLAME IN THIS MATCHES. because he always came through
Kai wahala dey o....pls tell us how many sitters we missed cuz am seeing guys talking sitter sitters....pls what's sitter?

Lookman put us in this condition? and Nigerians are not complaining about the same Lookman.Do you know how Nigeria football fans castigating player that messed up.The same Lookman had two good goals cancelled by poor referee.

Blame our WC situation on NFF,having 3 coaches in WC qualifiers showed how unserious we are,so stop blaming the players

If I were coach of the national team. Awaziem should pair Calvin bassey in the heart of our defense. Troost ekong inexcusable error against Zimbabwe is still fresh on our minds. Troost ekong is a light skinned Kenneth omeruo. If Nigeria ends up not qualifying just note we lost it in the home game vs Zimbabwe no thanks Troost ekong
I don't rate Ekong but he was great in last Afcon, surprised many with his leadership on the field, yes against Zimbabwe he went to sleep but telling us Awaziem is the man for the job against Rwanda and South Africa was emotional statement.....I love Awaziem on the ball, talking defensively he is poor,he doesn't read game well,if he can read the game with his ball playing skill no CB would bench him in eagles.

I will not deceive you am looking forward to Benjamin Frederick to pair Bassey in the future but if am Chelle I will start that boy tomorrow which I know is not possible,so expect Ekong/Bassey pairing, all Chelle need is to psyche them up and make necessary changes at the right time.
