If you treat them allllll like your good friend grin

Dont fall for them. Just be yourself, treat them nice as a friend, no luvy duvy, no touch, Just plain old simple and sociable.

And than GBAM! They are all over you! Every type of guy from black to white to yellow to brown to pink and even old and young and in between! Try it and see how it goes. It works fine for me cheesy kiss
I know a pretty lady that used this ur strategy and b4 she knew it she was 36 yr old with no serious relationship. The age made her desperate and she fell a guy who used her financially and emotionally. Now she is 38 and lonely.

Must all men fall for u? U should rather be serious with one whom u know have feelings for u.

~Sissy~:
i dont know that. but it would be some what safe to assume that since he believes he shouldn't take permission from his daughters husband before coming , he would also apply the same logic in his own case

*i have reedited the first one, to express it better *
Don't assume anything here. Most of these ppl that get annoyed with little things do worse when it comes to them. The problem with the man is 'ego'. He believes that afterall the guy is far younger so he can do as he likes

.
jennykadry:
I tell you, My dad and hubby are very close. When My dad is coming from Naija, he brings my hubby nice gifts and raps mine in a little bag angry. And when hubby is travelling to Naija he does the same thing. So many things my dad has done that I had no idea about at the beginning until hubby mentioned it.

With this their closeness, my dad cannot decide to visit us both in Naija or here without ringing his son inlaw first.
It's bcs ur dad is a reasonable man that believes in simple courtesy that helps strengthen cordial relationship among ppl irrespective of age difference.
FamilyRe: A Family Member Informing Your Spouse Before Visiting by kokogee: 11:05am On Sep 03, 2011
OP, ur decision to ask ur dad to inform ur husband is the best. Despite the fact that ur husband said OK(which might even be said just for its sake), that singular act of urs would make ur husband to rely on u with the believe that everything u'r doing is in his interest. You may not know the impact now, but I can tell u that ur marriage would last long if u don't change ur ways such that the type of other ladies that did not support ur action would start asking u "what is the secrete?"

@ jennykadry and omotofine
U'r the part of the scarce good wives; I congratulate ur husbands and u too bcs I can imagine how smooth ur home would be running.

To others that believe that as a woman, they can take any decision without their husbands consents, I now know why marriages don't last anymore. The husband may be enduring it for some time after which he causes commotion bcs of wife's failure to accord him the necessary recognition and respect in taking decisions and running the home.

Are u saying GEJ with all the ministers, special advisers, new ministry of commerce created for his friend are meant to only mismanage and steal our money but not to move the nation forwardhuh

If that's the case, I'll suggest that he start with simple infrastructural development, electricity should be n0 1; he should cut down revenue expenditure by pruning down on unnecessary ministries and political office holder's bogus allowances. He should increase funding of capital projects.

In order to remove unnecessary bureaucracy, true federalism should be practiced. States should be allowed to control their own resources including policing.

Why are u guys making Jonathan the scape goat, abeg answer my question, na today Nija spoil, you guys will not blame our past leaders for the decay of this country, na man when succeed a dead leadr last year, and became the legitimate leader few months ago, that u guys are blaming . Please just come out & tell us that u hate Jonathan because he is not your kin man.

Oshomole no fit take care of his state, in as much as say Jonathan is slow, but we should not blame him for every negative things in this country, it is not fair.
If naija no spoil today, must GEJ be there to spoil it further when he knew he was not competent? I know he has spent well over one yr ruling this country and nothing has improved rather things are getting worse. All he is interested in is 6-yr tenure and other things that would take the country backward such as approving the NJC recommendation(that took few weeks to be compiled) on Salami, while boko haram recommendation, amongst others is yet to see the light of the day.

Oshiomole and other state gov would have been largely responsible for security issues if GEJ allows them have their own police as practised in other countries with good leaders. GEJ CONTROLS ALL THE SECURITY AGENCIES IN THE COUNTRY SO HE IS AT LEAST 90% RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COUNTRY'S SECURITY.
Foreign AffairsRe: Ban Ki-moon To Address General Assembly On Abuja Bombing by kokogee: 10:42am On Aug 31, 2011
See how ppl are taking security issues serious. Even Nigerian politicians are running up and down though with no direction because it involves UN(ppl that value everything that belong to them, even outside of their territory) building in Nigeria. This same bombing has been going on for some time and we hear police and politicians make noise for few days and go back to sleep and harassment of law abiding citizens; this time around the IGP promised to secure the entire Africa embarassed

LET'S CONTINUE TO ENJOY OUR 'FRESH AIR' IN NAIJA; WE ARE USED TO IT.

Nigerian leaders or followers: <------- You are not an exemption and you fall into one category here!  You sound like a complete clown! If you support Boko Haram or probably you're one of 'em, why not show your face? Shameless AssSuckers!
Clearly, your barbaric display of fooolishness shows that apart from the fact that u'r born stvpid, u were also surrounded by imbeciles while growing up. If not u'd not be too comfortable with GEJ's way of handling issues of national interest.

Boko haram action is a big crime against humanity. U should also know that GEJ's failure to take security issues and other national issues seriously makes him an incompetent leader; and every DOCILE animals like u that calls himself/herself a human being that chooses to support GEJ's lackadaisical attitude towards moving this country forward is a follower not different from the slowpoke ruling him/her
PoliticsRe: UN House Bombing Was To Frustrate GEJ - CAN by kokogee: 3:33pm On Aug 29, 2011
What kind of association is this CAN? They have many educated persons as members, yet they all reason wrongly when there is sensitive issue to address.

Do they not know that GEJ is not performing in any aspect of the tasks for which he was elected/selected, and he can never perform?

God dey!

Death is a smaller misfortune when compared to congenital stvpidity. What has Sanusi got to do with the topic: What Exactly Is "boko Haram" Fighting For?

With this way of thinking, I wonder if Nigeria can ever do well. Like leaders; like followers!!!

BusinessRe: Nigeria Spends N72.8bn Monthly On Fuel Subsidy by kokogee: 12:02pm On Aug 28, 2011
seal777:
75 percent of the fuel consumption in Nigeria goes majorly to service generators as a result of the inability of successive governmentS in reviving the power sector.

I dare the government in power to achieve two things and the whole noise about subsidy would be a stale topic for anybody to discuss:

1. 24 hour power supply
2. 90% local refining of petroleum  products.

If the government can not guarantee CONSTANT power supply despite the fact that Nigerians pay for it, even without using it and also local refining capacity despite the fact that we have what it takes to do so.

My car consumes less than 500 Naira fuel daily but my Generator consumes triple of that : NOBODY SHOULD IN THE NAME OF ECONOMICS MENTION THE WORD " SUBSIDY" anymore except the fellow is a an enemy of Nigerians and a born WICKED.
Gud one! I agree with u on 24hr power and locally refining crude oil. However, I completely disagree with u on the italics; rather it is only a wicked mind that would advocate that Nigerians should not have anything to benefit from the country's resources. Right now, a very high % of Nigeria budget goes to gov officials.

I keep on wondering how Ngozi thinks; she suggested the same subsidy removal to Obj and yet nothing has changed. Nigeria spends so much money to import refined product that we exported as crude and yet our enslaved minister is not thinking of how to refine the crude oil locally to reduce cost of processing the crude to finished products(that do not only have fuel as its end products but other by-products that can generate additional income for the country).

I'm beginning to suspect that the so-called minister of finance is only working for the interest of the west. If not, does she not know that so much of importation is tantamount to importation of joblessness? Since the time the West/Europe were able to make Africans believe that ABSOLUTE CAPITALISM is the best system of running an economy, the countries that believed them without thinking continue to have the citizens suffer.

LIKE THE POSTER ABOVE SAID, POWER GENERATION AND NEAR-100% LOCAL REFINE OF CRUDE would help a lot; it'd not only drastically reduce the cost of producing refined products but also increase our GDP by providing jobs for our nationales and generate more revenue from the exportation of both crude and refined products.

BRAINWASHED NGOZI, THINK ABOUT THIS.
