@Hotstepper

At least i am consistent abi? Whether Nigeria went good or bad for me, is not the Point here. I have not even started to diss anybody yet. I just need a definition or an example of a second class citizen. That is all i asked for. The sermon is not necessary madam. I am proud to be American. And I know it does not change the price of Garri. I know that, OK. I just need one of these Nigerians in Nigeria to educate me on what a SECOND OR THIRD CLASS CITIZEN IS.

Is that too much to ask? It is no secret that i do not give two Bleep's about Nigeria, i just want a simple definition and i will be on my way!

@Topic/Everyone

This is not an argument of Poor versus rich, or Nigerian versus Nigerian American. I just would like someone IN NIGERIA, TO PLEASE GIVE ME A DEFINITION OF A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN. I AM NOT SURE WHERE YOU GUYS ARE HEADING WITH THIS, I JUST WANT A SIMPLE DEFINITION. I HAVE CHECKED WEBSTERS AND THERE IS NO DEFINITION OF A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN. I NEED UR HELP, I AM NOT THE UN,OR WFO. I AM NOT GOING TO SOLVE THE HUNGER PROBLEMS IN THE WORLD. I JUST WANT A VERY SIMPLE. CLEAR AND TO THE POINT DEFINITION OF WHAT A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN IS, PERIOD!

Damn!!

@Rosco

I am  NOT telling you i have all these things for bragging sake, and i am sorry if it made you feel insecure. I do not even care myself, that i have what i own. My point was that i live like any other citizen here and i have never had any one call me a second class citizen.In America we have low income,middle class and upper class/upper income earners. That is solely based on income. I am not sure that after all that noise you made, you have still been able to define what a Second class citizen is, from a Nigerian in Nigeria's point of view. I am not here for those Nigerians back home, I do not give a Bleep what they think. I just want a damn definition. If you cannot give me one, then sh*t the hell up and let someone who can, use that space. There is no reason to lie about anything. I am not asking for your blessing, i just want a definition, and not a loud empty sound.

@Chinani
Please read your post again, and then rewrite it, so i can understand. U have thrown me for a loop. I do not know if you are coming, or going. Please break it down for me. I never said it hurts, i just want some to define what a second class citizen is, and it does not seem like you can do that. But if you can please feel free to take a stab @ it. For the record, i did not lie about the wages. Minimum wage in California is $7per hr and average annual income in Nigeria is like $780 per year. How can Nigerians in America, be Second class citizen to Nigerians @ home? I am confused!!!!!! huh

@Roscodaddy

Nigeria has people from Sierra-Leone,Ghana,Ivory coast ETC who now call Nigeria home. Are they two second class citizens? Some of them are third or Fourth Generation Nigerians. My point is that there are Yoruba's in Ghana and Hausa's in Chad, people move all over the world. I work full time, pay taxes religiously, Registered to vote, own a home, stay out of trouble, I love American Football, Eat burgers, ETC. I am not sure what a Second Class does or is.I just want a  simple definition of what a Second or Third class citizen is, and i will move on.

Kokscity Loves America more than Nigeria, Is that a crime?

@IAH,Prince-Onx

A lesson in History. Everyone here in the US is from somewhere else. The Governors of Michigan and California like Vichel said are from Canada and Austria respectively. Are they too second or third class citizens?

@IAH

Please define a Second class citizen for me .

Thankyou

@Topic

We as Nigerians are too greedy, and like shortcuts to life. I think Nigerians as a whole, has too many tribes competing for far reaching goals. And we try to out do each other for the wrong reasons. Even the Okada man,mechanic,driver,meguard,electrician all want to make money quick. It is a Dog eat dog world, and that mentality has corrupted a whole generation! We glorify wealth instead of hard work. That is why Guymen are hailed, and Lecturers are looked down on.

Igbos famous for general fraud and illegal drugs.
Yorubas famous for bad checks,credit cards, accounts,
Benin famous for prostitution and fake emails.
Hausa just steal from within the federal government coffers.

I am thinking i need to reply Mocha:

It does not matter whether he has all the power on Nairaland, i just want to know if he has any checks and balances that governs himself? He cannot change things to suit his speech, he cannot controls people's thoughts, and i think he needs to be called out on it. Or preferably send everyone a "Rules of Engagement policy" when people register. I am sure he makes some money through this site and that makes us his clients, and he needs to act responsibly toward his "Clients"

Nairaland GeneralRe: Why do boys act weird to their girls after getting what they want? by Kokscity(m): 6:41pm On Mar 01, 2006
@Eslynera

The reason why boys act weird afterwards, is because the" sex" was not good, and they move on. Ladies if you have the Bomb sex, a man will come back and vice versa. It is called "Okafor's Law". A lot of you chics come with this platonic,boring,lazy and lousy sex, and you expect the man to come back? You have to give the man something that he misses, and wants to come back to.

Kokscity has had boring sex before. Now he grades chics after sex and let's them know if there is room for improvement.

@Sage

This girl called Nikinash said "I am at best a fourth class citizen in the USA"(Desperate to travel to Europe Post, in Travel). I have told her to explain and she has docked the question. I think you have a point there sage. Minimum wage in Yankee is better than what more than 70% of the country makes. I think she is Hating on me. Joftech also called me a "Second class citizen" I called him out on it months ago,but i still do not know what they mean by "second or Third class citizens"

Second Or Third Class Citizens?

I have heard that term a lot from Nigerians @ Home, on Nairaland, and other Nigerian chatrooms ETC. They call Nigerians Living abroad, second class or third class citizens"In a Foreign land". I will like someone to explain what a second or third class citizen is. I was born in Nigeria, and i am Now a Naturalized US Citizen. From your vantage point,what citizen am i? In the USA or in Nigeria today. Please explain what a "Second Class" Citizen is? And what are the criteria for being a First,Second, third or Fourth Class Citizen.

Someone called me A Fourth class citizen in the USA in another post, And i do not know what she meant. She has refused to give me a definition nor an explanation.

Kokscity needs Help please!!!!!!!! huh

Coming from the USA, u will be shocked at the garbage on the streets. People defecating and urinating on the highway, and that green algae on the road, is still strong in my mind. And the roads in the city are like offroad courses in the woods/back country. The roads are really bad and flooded.Aba is really dirty and very disorganized. U have to use Okada to go around town. That place is unbelievable!!!!

Kokscity.
TravelRe: Dirtiest City In Nigeria? by Kokscity(op): 12:02am On Feb 28, 2006
@ Ocho

I was in Aba in November 05. It was horrible,a total nightmare.From PH-ABA, right smack when you get into Aba is all green algae stagnant water with trash in it,dividing both sides of traffic. That goes for at least 3-8miles. Green Algae infected stagnant water, mixed with all sorts of trash, a very healthy place to breed mosquito and bacteria,and you see people using it as their outdoor toilet. Then the town does not have one good road, and all the gutters are clogged with piles of trash, that has been there for years. The city is a big market filled with trash. I do not understand how millions of people live in that filth. But i still think Onitsha will give Aba a run for it's money. I was in Onitsha about 9yrs ago and it was NASTY!

@Nikinash

Please define a second,third, or Fourth class citizen for me. And please tell me the difference btw a first and third class citizen. Are you saying all Nigerians born in Nigeria are First class citizens? And all American Citizens that were born in Nigeria and became American through naturalization are second or third class citizens in America? What exactly makes one a second or third class citizen? Is it Money,country of Origin,race,social status,level of education? Please give me examples of a second class citizen in America. And one more thing, are there any second or third class citizens in Nigeria?If so please give me examples,

Thankyou very much, I Will wait for your reply. Please be very clear in your reply. I prefer direct answers. Take your time, think about your answers before you post. And remember that nearly 99% of everyone in the USA came from somewhere else other than the USA. So i am Nigerian born, and a US Citizen by Naturalization, makes me a what citizen?First?Second?Third? or maybe Fourth?

Kokscity is curious to see how she explains herself.
TravelRe: Desperate to Travel to Europe by Kokscity(m): 3:08pm On Feb 27, 2006
@Nikinash

There is nothing like a fourth class citizen in the USA. Kokscity is an American Citizen and that is it. Well if we use that analogy, then each time i visit a third world country(Nigeria) i instantly become an Upper First class citizen based on my Income and social status. Your class system does not make sense. I own my own house, I bought it brand new, i have a good business, i travel home and vacation one to three times a year. I pay my income,estate,sales,capital gains taxes. There is nothing like a Fourth class citizen in the USA. A citizen is a citizen,is a citizen. Please makes some damn sense in you next post, and stop assuming $hit.That is why Nigeria is underdeveloped, no value to hard work. You are sitting there and giving people false hope. Class system simply does not work Nikinash.

Kokscity believes that Nigeria is not the Land of Opportunity! That is based on my experience in Nigeria. No Jobs for Youths, bad roads,no electricity, no water, no minimum wage. Where the hell are the opportunities?

GOD BLESS THE USA!
