what actually lead to me knowning about the filter was after buying a different gear box and the problem remained on the car. Called back the gear seller in annoyance he sold me a bad gear that the car is doing exactly like the old gear.
The mechanic has already sold the old gear to Aboki as scrap. He then sent me a guy to check the gear and he told me my gear might be good after all that the filter could be the issue, he then charged me again but I made sure I studied exact what he did which the mechanic never was aware of while we struggle with the old gear.

The filter in a very small on the size of a finger tips been hold by a mere random nut below the battery stand. God cleaned with carbrator cleaner and the problem solved.
After over two years of use of the new gear, there appears the problem again, the first I did was to instruct mechanic to do the cleaning first and behold the prom blue disappeared till it was sold a year later.
