Do you care to share some of the safe part of Ibadan? I may be interested to know those areas.

Bro
Lots of places in Ibadan are safe
The few burglars occur in new areas : elebu inside, akobo Oju irin, etc
This are kind of burglars that a Normal german shepherd would deter and it happens most Sunday's mornings or when the occupants are out

Clean and neat

Liverpool 3 Sevilla 2

More importantly, insure your car if you can afford it or get a tracker
Meanwhile, Do ppl still engrave their cars with this license plate number issue ?
I doubt it .

The beauty of this platform apart from Boise making, name-calling and chest-beating is information sharing.

A lot of water issues in most houses are from the inspection chambers, leaking drainages and faulty installations. Often times, these issues are unresolved due to wrong diagnosis.

One thing that I do when called for maintenance work like this is to try and recreate the problem.

I would have expected a question "How did the black sand shown in the pic above got into the chamber?"

The sand is from the paving stone. When the inspection chamber overflows, it pushes water under the paving stone damproof and fine sands are flushed into the pipes during heavy downpour. This is the reason why misdiagnosis can lead to bigger problem.

We all don't want a very large inspection chambers in our house. At the same time, I believe we don't want water issues too. A wrongly sized chamber is a bigger threat to foundations and is often the cause of cracks seen on most floors.

I think what matters most is not the sizes of the chambers
But it's more paramount that it's laid to fall at
30 degrees.

This strike is dead on arrival
Labour should know when to strike or not
This is a fight that has been lost
Yeye people

The labour Union are in divisions now
The govt has penetrated them
Nobody believes in a labour leader that can be bribed again

There won't be any strike even the labour Union leaders knew
Because the opposition is dead and buried
This govt will have a sail thru policy definitely

Very funny indeed
Considering the okada riders are to bear the brunt of the fuel increment
It's either they have been paid for This show or just a continua of sai buhari

Maybe they are storing it because of the coming strike action

Nothing like a free market
Desperate measures to save this country from the brink of collapse
We should just hold our leaders accountable in order to reap the dividends of subsidy removal

I very much agree with the op
Things are very bad in This country right now and lots of time I wonder how we got here
Either by array of bad buhari policies or by years of stealing is not corruption
Something is very wrong with this country
It's well.
All sticks and no carrot ?

Constructive and meaning criticism is welcomed
Especially with this seemingly anti people policies

It's not possible unless you want a house that won't be habitable
