What right does the US have to go around the world forcing democracy on people who historically do not subscribe to that mode of government?

So if a country is under the rule of one man, that gives the US right to invade the country and topple his government?

It is a fact that the greatest destabilizing influence in the world in the last 50 years has been the united States of America sponsoring coups in Latin America and Africa, forcing regime change in different countries of the world, assassinating leaders and planting puppets.

Look at what they did to Iraq and Libya. Where are the WMDs? Howz Libya faring now with warlords ransacking the country that was once a prosperous nation.

I like America very much but facts are facts. We should not be blind bats ready to follow the trend of every news without asking questions.
Putin is the aggressor yen yen yen.
You are now telling BARE FACED LIES.

Libyan rose up in people revolution, this was the Arab Spring.

Gaddafi had remained in power not by the people's consent but brutal murderous repression.

Gaddafi was using Touareg mercenaries to butcher his own people in broad daylight. They Gadaffi forces were on their way to Benghazi with main battle tanks alongside other weaponry to carry out bloody murderous genocide.

They were literally hours away from the gates of Benghazi when French fighter jets attacked the Libyan forces and were able to avert a blood bath.

The reality is where one man yeilds all power in most cases it's not by majority consent but more often brutal repression. There are exceptions but in general, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely and makes you often loose sight of reality.

This is one of the main functions of the CIA and they ran riot in 60s through to the early 2000s uprooting governments and planting puppets.

Their operations were so sophisticated that even business executives operating as executive hitmen were actually CIA agents wrecking havoc on nations.
There is real credence to what you are saying.

However, Espionage and Subterfuge are not the exclusive preserve of the USA, all nations are involved in this type of activity all to different degrees.

Admittedly the USA approach is predominantly with Global positioning.

Meanwhile Russia has a obsessive preoccupation with restricting it's people's access to information. It wants only it's particular view point to be the ONLY information outlet. It locks up anybody who shows dissent.

Russia under Putin have never had free and fair elections in Russia. The entire government infrastructure is manipulated, that's why Putin was able to install himself despite widespread opposition as "President for Life"

US backed Saudi Forces are bombing Yemen day and night, FIFA are blind to it. US, EU backed Insurgents are destroying Lives and Properties in Syria, FIFA and Co are blind to it.

UN have tried all means to stop Israel annexation of Palestinian Lands to no avail, thanks to US Veto Power. Oh... Russia and Putin are bad ones. They shouldn't have supported Asad winning against US backed Terrorists in Syria.

Oh.... they should have allowed Ukraine to join NATO and have Missiles positioned so close to Russia Territories.

US control West, Russia own East, both should maintain their Lanes for peace to reign in the World.

FIFA, UEFA that won't allow political Protests at Stadia, now joining other Bodies to sanction Russian Clubs and Players?
You are talking of despotic generation dictatorship in Syria that spans three generations. It has sustained itself by murderous genocide.

Indeed the people rose up in mass against murderous tyranny not the USA. Multiple countries supported the very popular uprising. It wasn't just the USA.

The only thing constant in life is CHANGE.

Just as Russia embraced capitalism creating generations of Super rich from corruption, the Russian Oligarchs. Chelsea owner is one of them.

When you discard communism for Capitalism you embrace globalism by default. A outcome delivery was the break up of the old Soviet Union.

Ukraine has embraced change and have opted to be inline with Europe overwhelmingly that's the people's will. Whether Putin likes it or not, he his holding on to history that's no longer wanted by Ukrainians in mass.

Russia has opted to stifle freedom and has instead ,removed most freedom and destroyed any opposition. Think of Novalny,.

Russia is ruled by one man who has ABSOLUTE power which is making him mad.

You have no idea what you are talking about.

Look at the FA Cup and look at the last 16 within that 16 are 7 Championship clubs and in that one none league club.

Nottingham Forest beat Arsenal home and comprehensively flogged Leicester 4-1. Two of their players are on the wanted list of all the top clubs in Europe.

Nottingham Forest is not the best team in the Championship. Rangers and Celtic would struggle in the Championship undoubtedly.

Look at the teams ahead of Nottingham Forest. Consider Fulham IMO is clearly better than a few lower ranked clubs in the EPL.

West Bromwich have the same team essentially they had in the EPL, but are struggling below mid table, and will not be promoted this season.

Dortmund will not find it easy with Fulham, not sure who would win. But If Rangers played Fulham infact not Fulham if they played West Bromwich they will get beat .

I will get back to you as I have a very low battery here
You say it's TRASH.

So if a league is rated 20 in Europeby UEFA what does that tell you, that the league is TRASH or according to you UEFA is talking TRASH .

Look at the pattern over the past decade, when you are unable to compete at the highest level, what league is the least competitive and pays the most almost zero income tax. The Turkish league.

When top players can't compete consistently anymore. Players like Sturridge, Ozil, Balotelli, Cisse, Solado, Andreas Cornelius, the list is endless.

So explain yourself

baba I am not disputing nwakaeme’s achievements but you can never compare the Turkish league to French ligue one let alone the epl

They are players that scored tons of goals in lesser leagues but are not counted amongst the greats that played the in Europe. You can only be recognized when you achieve such feat in the epl, laliga, bundlesliga, serie A and maybe the French league

The strength of any league is measured by the quality of players present in the league not only on finance and revenue.

if nwakaeme is currently putting up this numbers in the French league or even the bundeliga I bet you that few mid table epl and laliga teams will take a gamble on him even at the age of 32
Thank you

Good. So that gives you one of millions of reasons why so-called "great" talent Nwakaeme has never tested himself in a league higher than Turkey.
The Turkish league is rated about 20 in Europe, the Scottish League is rated number 9. And it is well proven that the English Championship is far better than the Scottish premier League.

The Turkish league is the retirement league of Europe it's poor quality and it's very hard for player's to progress from that league to the top 5.

With regards to Nwakeame he is old and looks old as well. Add to that the African penchant for age falsification doesn't help him.

Consider the number of players who leave the Championship straight to the top 5 leagues of Europe, says the league has very low rating.

As a consequence so will Nwakeame have very low rating comparison to other better leagues. That's probably the main reason he remains there.

Many reasons. If Onuachu is so good why has he remained in Belgium.

He will be a great in the league, not many Nigerians can boast of that.

Others are restricted to clubs.
I could guess albeit knowledge based.

Onuachu has a long term contract from when he signed for Genk in 2019. I expect he will be on £25k a week. He is not the type of forward player that top clubs are looking for.

That leaves other clubs who may not think he is eirth the money. Maybe when he becomes a free agent , he might get a few better teams to consider him.

This your inconsistency is really confusing. Now his performance in the AFCON is the reason he should be discarded. It is no longer about him being a useless player. This is someone who played less than 90 mins in the whole tournament, scored a goal, and played well in the last game. What happened to "your consistency in the in your club should get you to the SE"? So now you don't care if he gets to La Liga or not, he should not be invited anymore. If that is not bias, I don't know what is.

"You have to be a lion in a small league/club for you to be considered"...he has proven consistent over the past 2 seasons and is instrumental to Almeria's promotion fight. But alas, that is no longer acceptable.

"If he was that good, why has no team come for him"...but.. but... Ovie has been in the championship for many years and his mates have left him there. But this condition only applies to Sadiq.

You praised Vardy to high heavens here for rising form the lowly doldrums of English football to the premier league, but for Sadiq it doesn't matter. He's just not worthy to be in the SE. Again, if that is not bias, I don't know what is.

The way I see it, you really don't have the moral standing to accuse people of prejudice and bias.
I watched his performance for the SE in the AFCON so even if he played for Bayern Munich or Manchester City.

My opinion would be the same he was an embarrassment to the SE, and was extremely poor in the AFCON. Because he scored a tap in doesn't all of a sudden make him Drogba. Everything about his centre forward play for such a big man was abysmal.

Try somebody else.

Ovie has been injured with a groin injury for months and has just returned under new Manager Paul Ince. I am not sure what the comparison is. Ejaria prior to injury was an outstanding player in the Championship and still is.

Finally, Segundo division and Championship are miles apart. And unless the financial inducement is considerably higher many player's opt to stay in the Championship for instance Ayew was on £83k a week in Swansea.

The other difference is Sadiq has had 4/5 seasons in first tier leagues but was anonymous and unable to progress. He has dropped to a much lower and less competitive league and now a Lion in the Segundo division.

He is outstanding in this league but then is this his level and can he produce the same level of progression in La Liga ? We will soon find out hopefully as his team seem well positioned to get to La Liga.

You need to understand what prejudice and bias means. You think he is great ,I think he is poor, that's not prejudice or bias. You have low expectations I have higher, very simple.

His performance in club and league got him selected to the SE. But his performances in the AFCON should get him deselected.

Thankfully we have Dennis, Ighalo and Victor O he is not needed.

Performance of a player who played 90 mins in the entire tournament and scored a goal? Clear bias. For your info, that is the best goals per minute ratio of any striker currently in the SE.

Unfortunately your opinions are inconsequential as he will keep getting into the team with his club performances, and with performances like the Tunisia game, you can bet your house he will be at the world cup.
You may be right.

Any nation that can select a player who has done nothing since youth football into their national team is not serious.

Then to have proven established players from the EPL like Iwobi and Onyeka sitting on the bench for Nwakali to play. Tells you that anything is possible.

I expect to see a few players from the NPFL as well as player's from obscure poor quality leagues as well.

You have changed now from himself as a player to just his performance at AFCON. Happy to see that Sadiq is proving you wrong.

By the way he is numero uno in assists too. Technically he is 3rd in goals as three others are tied above him at 2nd and 1st. His stats in the league clearly show he is beyond that level and needs a bigger challenge. His team is top and with him fit, will likely be going back to La Liga.
In all honesty whether he goes to La Liga or stays in the Segundo division he is simply not good enough for the SE, IMO.

Your club form gets you selected into the SE and your quality outstanding consistent performance keeps you there. His performance in the AFCON was abysmal and embarrassing.

We should try somebody ELSE.

my problem with some of you is that you don't explore different factors while analysing sports. Aubameyang was born in Europe and started with the top leagues while Nwakaeme started with the low leagues. Nwakaeme is a late bloomer.
You need to wake up and stop this, pity me please mentality.

When I go to a Club head of recruitment, l don't say to him , you need to treat my player differently from everybody else.

You know things are very tough in Nigeria, he didn't get the opportunity to train with good coaches, lived in abject poverty and had stunted growth. So please pardon his failings and sign him please.

That's essentially what you are saying.

All the club is interested in is one question, can you perform with quality ,that's all .
