andrew444:Agreed but the end product is expressed in other KPI (Key performance indicators) particularly assists then goals 🥅 take you another level. I wonder why De Bruyne is so highly rated, highest assists in the EPL this season and look at Saka a winger
|
Icon4s:Agreed without question ⁉️ |
Icon4s:There are aspects of his game that is not captured by statistics as it is done in today's scientific football environment. JJay was a game changer. However, in today's environment where END PRODUCT is the key performance indicator. How many goals did he score ❓ How many assists did he get ❓ At one stage JJAY had the most shots on goal 🥅 in the EPL but very far away from being a top goal scorer. My deduction is based on ASSUMPTIVE projection that he would have adapted to the current game, become a lot more disciplined, playing for the team, increased his work rate and end product delivery. And would therefore be top world class Midfielder who is a game changer. |
TheGoodJoe:if Jjay humbled himself and adapted his game with discipline and focus. Then l agree with you unreservedly. |
JohnBullMySon:It's not surprising but reflective of a good number of contributors here. You by pass the objectivity of my response, evade the substance and ignore the proven you then respond. And make an infantile gutter language retort, that makes no sense at all. |
maidaboi:KC was never AT ANY TIME better than Mbappe just on this forum by a few over zealous delusional supporters. |
elyte89:I will disagree. Jjay is one of the most gifted, technically astute and talented player's ever. JJay got away with murder , over dribbling and making poor decisions because he wanted to showboat. He was given carte blanche to what he likes ,the environment was not as disciplined as it is now. In today's environment Jjay would have had to Adapt and be way more disciplined and following the team strategy as opposed to playing for Me, Myself and I. All that his arrogance would have been curbed after a few games warming the bench. His value if he adapted that I cannot say but at least £75million. But when I compare him to Enzo Fernandez that Chelsea payed over £100 million for then the possibility exists of him going for over £100 because a humble and not arrogant, focused, disciplined and diligently Jjay will be much BETTER. |
mostob:If you wish to be duplicitous and create a false narrative. What to do is take comments out of CONTEXT isolate them and then create disinformation. Why did you not put the date and the comments that l was responding to ❓ But like the CON MAN that you are you take the TEXT out of the CONTEXT to create the CON. Football ⚽ is time limited and constrained, it's dynamics aleays changing up or down. It' seems my constructive criticism and strategy was followed to the letter. And yes with God absolutely everything is possible. Particularly if you humble yourself learn, develop and improve and be diligent in your quest for success.
|
daveP:You will not find a single player in England U20 that is not already a first team player in his club and or on loan getting first team ⚽ football. But we are sending academy Uncles. |
maidaboi:Can you please stop telling infantile LIES and disinformation. I dare you to pick out a post with date and the full write up where I said that I CHALLENGE YOU. |
Kog45:The difference between Saka and Chukwueze is enormous , Saka had been oustandingly consistent since he got first game for Arsenal first team as a 17 year old. In comparison Chukwueze has been consistently inconsistent, having good games exceptional games and very poor games. I don't think Chukwueze technical ability to produce consistent good quality end product. Saka can cross with his right foot with pin point accuracy, all the time, Chukwueze simply cannot. They are miles apart. V.O. is way better than Tega Abraham this season undoubtedly. Tega has been disappointing considering he had 17 goals last season. |
maidaboi:Tottenham offered good money and everybody wants to play in the EPL as well as money 🤑 is talking and legs are walking 🚶🏿towards the money 💰 Maybe Tottenham were so blind they could not see Chukwueze and went for Danjuma. You explain it ❓ |
Kog45:Agreed without question. I expressed my deep misgivings well before he got the job. The reality NFF are not looking for competence and quality but a person who will maintain the corrupt status quo. IMO |
Amedino99:Not so simple my young friend. A few years ago Bayern Munich payed £25 million for a 17 year old Midfielder from the Championship. He had already at age 16 become a regular in the Championship, which is a very physical and intense league. Fast forward he may indeed be the most highly prized teenager in world football ⚽ right now. He got his first cap at 17 for the England first team. To get context from you very hasty made assumptions. Arnaut Danjuma was a winger for Bournemouth in the Championship. In 2020/21 he played 33 games and scored 15 goals, in the championship . In 2021/22 he moved to VillaReal for £20 million plus and that season he played 23 games and scored 10. He essentially at the time had scored more goals in 23 games in La Liga than Chukwueze had done in three seasons. Currently Chukwueze has scored 21 goals from 146 game's in La Liga over 5 seasons. Which player between them had had the greater impact Chukwueze or Arnaut Danjuma. Which player has more end product ❓ Nathan Tella has scored 17 goals this season and counting he might score 2 today. In my opinion Tella is faster than Arnaut and technically superior. Having that in mind put Tella in VillaReal, do you think he will not be able to exceed the impact of Arnaut Danjuma ❓and by implication that of Chukwueze. Without prejudice and or emotive preference but being objective, what do you think ❓ |
maidaboi:Please stop telling infantile LIES. Find something else. |
maidaboi:Can you tell me one player not two, that I have downgraded please, ACCORDING TO YOU. And how and when please ❓ |
maidaboi:In reality it was too players who made calamatious mistakes one uncharacteristically with De Gea. They literally gifted the game too Sevilla. They then had a mountain to climb. Finally , the two first choice CB's Varane and Martinez were injured. I often wonder if Maguire is better than the inconsistent Bailey now on loan at Marseille. So it's not all doom and gloom , I do think Maguire will never play for United under Ten Haag. Sorry for the team United will play next, they are going to get the backlash. |
elyte89:🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 It's early morning 🔆 so it must be so fresh and strong,No wonder. |
maidaboi:If you wish to get your euphoric highs from delusional duplicitous over exaggeration of players attributes that is you Not me. And your proposition is not everyone, you maybe and a lot of others but not EVERYONE. |
daveP:Most of the Brazilian players will be experienced first team players from the Brazilian league some with stupendous high value transfers wanted by the creme de la creme of European top clubs. Not players playing youth football struggling to break into the first team at what are far from quality clubs. |
Philosopher1979:The basis for SE selection will always be consistent continuous oustanding performance in your Club and league not youth cup glories. Get some context Dude |
daveP:Any player who goes to Arsenal should and always take cognisance of the academy. In fact be very afraid of the Arsenal Academy. There are small boys waiting to disgrace big boys with huge transfer fees and bench them. Every year Arsenal has boys knocking on the first team door always and a few are Nigerian origin. Consider Nathan Tella released by Arsenal now the best winger in the Championship soon to be tested in the EPL. Can anybody say that Chukwueze is comprehensively better than him❓ EPL will rate players on consistent quality end product. Not dribbling and show boating and playing to the gallery as we do mostly. |
Joebie:Quite a lot of us have cast aspersions on the Championship as not being good enough , poor quality etc. But I don't know a second tier league in Europe that gets more transfer interest from the top 5 league in Europe. Our top performing players who went to the Championship have been either average or anonymous, players like Etebo, Ekong, Success, Mikel Obi, Omeruo, etc That should tell you it's not an easy league, it's hugely competitive and has more money than any other second tier in Europe. |
Marjoribanks:Where are you getting all this information from your dreams. Arsenal will look at consistent end product, which unfortunately Chukwueze doesn't have I remember when Saka benched Pepe with no regard for the £75 million transfer fee. Then you have several youth player who are knocking on the door. Add to that EPL is not La Liga much more Physical, competitive and intense, are his skill sets immediately transferable, l doubt it. Chukwueze defensive contributions very suspect. A more consistent and better fit would be Olise who had both feet proficiency and can play LM as well. Not sure who will cost more but Olise is a far better option for Arsenal. He Chukwueze may end up the way of Pepe but I doubt Arsenal will buy him. |
gamaliel9:So as to have clarity, what is your definition of a young professional please ❓ |
maidaboi:He has refused to renew contract , negotiations have been going on for about 8/9 months. His contract expires in 3 months. Fill in the gaps it's obvious what's happening. |
AndSunGorilla:When Newport County beat Leicester City in the Cup , do you think that means League two is better than the EPL.❓❓ What deduction can you make from that , wise man. |
Danielnino00:Tell me a how many Segundo division teams made it to the last 8 of the Copa del Rey❓ Tell me a Tercera División team that beat any La Liga top 6 team please.❓❓ It happens in England quite often but not in Spain by comparison to Segundo and Tercera Divisions. I bet you will not answer the two question raised. |
AndSunGorilla:Go back 🔙 to my posts and you will find out quite easily as I mentioned them in a comparison to the Lowly Segunda division. But I did specific comparison with Sheffield Wednesday who play in league one, beat a full strength Newcastle United team in the FA . Until two weeks ago Sheffield Wednesday had the longest unbeaten record this season in all tiers of European football ⚽. In addition it's possible Sheffield Wednesday have more Nigerian origin players in their first team squad than any other team in England. |
ChrisKels:I have never said I am an agent. But why would any European based agent be concerned with the NFF , there is NO REAL money there. |
AndSunGorilla:I don't think so. But they are all , doing a lot better than Nwakali. Do your think they should be invited, I don't that's why I haven't talked about some of them for 4/5 years. |
maidaboi:Pot calling the kettle black. A highly unprofessional organisation asking for professionalism. It's a joke but nobody is laughing. |
