Supernerd a trained medical professional has explained ad nauseum that there is no proof yet that lack of nutrition leads to late formation of the wrist bone in teenage boys but you still insist on this line of thought to back up your bias.

AndSunGorilla: The MRI says so!!! The MRI says bone fusion has not been completed. There are huge variations with bone fusion that makes it impossible for the MRI to give you a specific age. For instance some teenagers stop growth at 15 some others stop growth at 22 and for malnourished children with the consequent stunted growth it could be even higher. It means I have know way of substantiating beyond doubt how old he is, whatever he may be. |

TheSuperNerd: This is Vinicius Jr at 18.
How come you don't have a problem with this? Countries with reputable and unquestionable AUTOMATIC BIRTH DATA CAPTURE means you don't have to rely on highly inaccurate and subjective visual assessment and or players integrity in establishing truth. But furthermore you find that you can track their entire football ⚽ trajectory almost from being a toddler and at age 3/4 or 5 from when they joined their first football ⚽ team. You will have team pictures that span decades. And if you have doubts because all their football is played in the public domain you can do a basic search and find almost everything about them. However, the exact opposite is what happens at home in Nigeria at the highest levels. We have a President that PMB that cannot produces his school certificate and a President Select that doesn't know his date of birth, the primary and secondary school he attended. Furthermore, has a totally different degree certificate submitted to INEC from the true certified original copy issued by the university he claimed to have attended but also to a female. Considering our past and present compared to Brazil tell us one player from Brazil in contemporary times caught age cheating. |

This guy is 22 at least
This guy is not 17
And yes Brazillians do age cheats too. It's common knowledge
That doesn't excuse us from fielding overage players
Malnutrition is what makes them pass whatever MRI it is. Their bone density will be like that of a 17 yr old because of sufferhead
I can assure you I have said in essence what you have highlighted in the bold. The MRI scan gives you complete accuracy with regards to bone fusion, that is not in any way in dispute AT ALL . However, just as there are massive disparities in height among teenagers as they grow, with multi faceted reasons. So you can also have have disparities with when complete bone Fusion among teenagers, will occur. If you have poor nutrition, poor medical health care , poor infrastructure, deprivation factors that cause undue mental stress. You will not have the same bone Fusion occurrence as a teenager in the USA and or Europe. This is just common sense. Add to that genetics and race then you are using an aggregate projection not a specific one. In extreme cases of malnourished kids your complete bone fusion will occur much later maybe 21 or older . This is not my opinion there is a myriad of peer reviewed academic journals on this subject. |

Just wondering all this talk of Senegal U17.
I wonder where the bulk of their players are sourced from❓
Because the amount of Senegalese youth players in top teams in France is really astounding.
I once watched the PSG U14 90% of them were full black Africans and a good number from Senegal at age 14 one of them was 6" 3' fast with muscle in his forehead and he was born in Paris. So no false age creation.
Or are there players locally sourced ❓ |

Watching Fulham against Manchester City and they are doing a better job than Arsenal.
First choice CB Tosin Adarabioyo for the moment is holding the enigma that is Haaland.
Two possible penalty decisions not given to Fulham.
It's a really competitive game and Manchester are not running the show as they did against Arsenal. For now Tosin is the ROCK 🪨 that Haaland can't move.
I still pessimistically think City will win it |

Marjoribanks: If this write up make sense to you then I cannot help you. The French, Dutch, Switzerland, England, Sweden etc are made up of players from different African and Caribbean countries. It's all about where you are familiar with and the country that would advance one's career better. Despite your supposed NFF corruption we have had and still have players born and bred outside the country determined to play for us. You are the ignorant one here! Let me quote you verbatim; Your brain should tell you that a young player affliation will be first to his/her country of birth before anything else. You then anchor ⚓ your prejudiced and ignorant deduction on your self-birthed and self-justified imaginative negative bias. How many Nigerian origin players born in Europe playing professional youth football ⚽ DO YOI KNOW, personally ❓❓ I know too many to count Nigerian origin players who their first choice was and is Nigeria. But the NFF officials have an agenda that is not based on merit but Egunje. NFF corruption is not unique to Nigerian origin players but all players it is well documented and has been going on for decades. You are now changing your strongly held original proposition. |

Your brain should tell you that a young player affliation will be first to his/her country of birth before anything else. They waiting on their country of birth is not synonymous with Nigeria alone. The problem is when your own countrymen spit on the country that gave them everything for cheap. Since my 4 decades on this earth I have never heard a Nigerian born and bred here refuse to honor the country's call. So keep your nonsensical opinion to your sorry ass! I think your proposition lacks merit , it's misguided and it is essentially a nonsense. You ask a question (the bold) that has no choices and therefore no answer, But you assume that those who therefore decide to play for Nigeria which is the only choice they have. Are therefore tested and proven to be more loyal and patriotic to Nigeria. Nigeria players born and brought up in Nigeria play for Nigeria, because it's the only choice they have. It's not loyalty or love of the nation. It's simply NO CHOICE. If Nigerian origin players could change allegiance to another nation for instance, USA , Germany, Spain , France, etc . How many would be left wanting to play for Nigeria ❓❓ You are ignorant , highly ignorant, you know absolutely nothing of Nigerian origin players born England. But your make huge assumptions. From first hand participative experience. The reason we have very few Nigerian origin players from England in the SE. Is the lack of transparency, the NFF is not sincere and officials in the NFF are oncerned about cashing. Cashing in for themselves (EGUNJE) as opposed to getting the best players |

musicwriter: If only you knew that in those countries you mentioned, except Mexico and partially India, men refused to be enslaved by foreigners. The Chinese men, Japanese men fought off foreigners from their land, and therefore, kept their respect before their women.
In Africa (during colonialism) African women watched while white people enslaved us men, in fact, dethroned our kings, though we tried our best but ultimately lost.
Take for example; by 1962, colonialism was fastly coming to an end in many parts of Africa but that was the same time that Wole Soyinka and Chinua Achebe were cornered by white people and deceived to make African languages subservient to the English language. Before that, other African men were fooled that Jesus is our savior. That's how we ended up destroying ourselves intellectually and spirituality.
On the contrary, when white people tried to do the same thing in Asia, Asian men understood the consequence and rejected the foreign language and the foreign God That's the job of a man- to protect ones culture against foreign invasion . That's what is called a man!! And that's why Asian men get natural respect from their women. For an insight from your highly misguided ignorance. There were 10 dynasties of Nubian Pharoes in Egypt, and there are more pyramids in Sudan than Egypt. All the main characters in the Bible are not Caucasian WHITE , but the opposite. Yes Eurocentric historians attempted to white wash the Bible, Gods infallible word. But the ignorant are DECIEVED not those who are wise and know who they are. You obviously do not.Culture never remain stagnant but evolve for a myriad of reason and multi- causal variables. What you are calling ,the job of man, is a nonsensical proposition without any iota of substance. Culture changes you cannot do anything to stop it, because it's ideas, music, fashion, norms , values, expectations, technology, media, etc ,etc That's why you have extremely retrogressive political regime's, that create totalitarian structures with severe punitive measures, to prevent CHANGE of culture, regimes like North Korea, China, Russia, Saudi Arabia to prevent CHANGE by maintaining a culture of OPPRESSION. |

Largebanned2: It depends on how we’re rating them. Are we ranking them based on club or country exploits? For example, if we’re rating them based on club exploits, I would pick 1) Osimehn - Top performance at multiple clubs in the big 5 including leading a team to their first league title in over 30 years and playing a pivotal role. In addition to that, he has the highest ever market value for any Nigerian striker EVER.
2) Obafemi martins 3) Yakubu 4) Yekini 5) Ighalo 6) Emenike
Yekini club exploit isn’t highly rated than the aforementioned because he mostly performed at Lower league compared to the others listed…
For Country 1) Yekini - Multiple ANC top scorer Award and present all time Nigeria Top scorer 2) Emenike - Qualified us for the World Cup, and most importantly won the ANC 3) Yakubu - Qualified us for a World Cup and one of our highest goal scorers 4) Obafemi martins - Qualified us for the World Cup 5) Ighalo - Qualified us for a World Cup 6) osimehn- he has to Qualify us for a World Cup, Win an ANC title and perform exceptionally for Nigeria to become Number 1.
When judging a player talent/capability, the most important leverage is QUALITY not QUANTITY. For example, Emenike is listed as number 2 based on SE performances and higher than players has superior goal aggregate because he WON for Us You have DENIGRATED Rashidi Yekini with your youthful exuberance and lack of knowledge. Yekini was the second Nigerian to win a golden boot in a top European League. Yekini scored 21 goals for Vittoria Setubal in the Portuguese League in 1993. |
