CBN removes limit on cash deposits from January 1 2026. New Tax reforms takes off January 1 2026. They actually think that traders are 'mumu'. It's not difficult to see why they removed the limit on cash deposits. From next year, there will more cash hoarding. Everybody is observing, including thieves, who will figure out that people will be keeping more cash under the bed to avoid paying taxes. |
I need some clarification on all these talks about January 2026. If the reforms kicks off in Jan. 2026, does that mean that taxable citizens will be required to file their tax returns around April, May or June 2027 for the 2026 tax year? Taxes are paid annually and tax returns are filed annually for the Year just ended. So, are we expected to file in 2026 or 2027 for the year 2026? Some Tax experts should provide answers please. |
Him head don full. He did it American style. Excerpt he used fire instead of a gun. This na white men level violence. |
"Following an intense exchange of gunfire, the sudden surge in terrorist numbers forced the commander to order a tactical withdrawal and issue a distress call for air support." How in the world does the terrorists outnumber the soldiers? Is Nigeria fighting any other war? An entire battalion should be sent to fight these terrorists not a handful of soldiers. Not to mention that the soldiers have support from the air. What the hell is going on? |
Not specific to gynaecologist or females. All GPs and genders are sublect to some sort of abuse. A female GP in Europe decided to examine me anally even when I thought it was not necessary. Boy, was she sadistic?!!!. She was enjoying herself. It was a clear case of No Vaseline. I refused to see her again. |
He forgot to mention that Italy will struggle to beat any top 10 countries in Africa-CAF- in a competition today. Every continent has improved tremendously in Football today. 10 years ago no one would expect countries like : Cape Verde- already qualified. Curacao Suriname etc to even come so close to qualifying for the World cup. They are on the verge of qualifying now. |
....and in Nigeria, we still have ghost workers and people receiving pension 10 years after they died. All that NIN and biometrics brouhaha have not solved any fraud and identity related crimes. In UK ordinary working nights while on sick leave and they nab you. Mr. Akinrobalu should have known that in his chosen profession it's impossible to do "Black" work. |
Always digging up nonsense statistics that is not empirical. Anybody can type any figure and call it statistics...... ![]() |
Gotocourt:He enjoyed his life and still made it to 70. Not bad for a Nigerian. I liked Willy-Whiskey-Obiano. RIP. Nothing dey this life.... |
Somebody born in 1966 is already a retired General. Nigeria is really a rotten country. Public service is the quickest way to acquire immense wealth in the rotten Nigerian system. Both Wike and this retired General who is not even 60 years yet are corrupt criminals. |
SenecaTheYonger:You are 100% correct. I have come to realize that really fine and sexy girls are much more easier to get along with. These worwor ones mask their insecurities and low self esteem in aggression and being rude. They hardly smile. It's an eye opener. |
Ned go kill person ooo. Because she's obviously f**king another guy. There's obviously an advantage to marrying an older, mature woman. 35 to 45 years old. |
McBishop2020:This is beyond us now. We need to look forward. The boys have learnt their lessons. Even FIFA wants Nigeria at the world cup. For financial gains. |
NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!! NFF should lodge a protest pronto. We want a referee from Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia...North Africa. |
Cybertroll:Are you that naive? There's no way she can take care of those 2 kids on her own. She is very unstable and has no visible source of income. She's not oppressed. Ned is right. She needs rehabilitation. Her family can never give her that. She has no option than to return to Ned's house and be a humble housewife. She will become totally bonkers if she chooses not to return. She's lucky that she already has 2 children for Ned. Those are her saviour. |
The hope for survival for Tinubu, South west and the Yoruba's lies in a strong alliance with South East(Igbos) and the South South. He must instruct his people in the SW, especially in Lagos, to stop forthwith any form of persecution and injustice to the Igbos. A gang up by the North can only be defeated with a genuine Southern unity. Yoruba's must be in the good book of Igbos and other Southern peoples to survive Nigeria. A word is enough for the wise. Things are getting diabolical in the country. |
Is Dangote not over stretching himself?. He is planning to scale his refinery up to 1.4 million BPD. His 40,000 barrels crude oil production will not go anywhere. Let other people supply you crude. |
DeepSight: ...and Yahoo boys and drug dealers plus including Agberos.I honestly do not think that Nigeria has matured to the level of taxing every citizen. The government over the years have not giving account of oil revenues and all other forms of revenue collected. The level of corruption since 1960 is mindboggling. And now they want ordinary Nigerians to contribute more money for them to steal. In developed nations( UK, USA, EU, Japan) even those that collect welfare cheques pay tax. Tax is deducted from all forms of social welfare benefits paid by the state. Nigeria is simply not mature enough for all these Tax reforms. |
Pure bribery. To ensure they remain quiet and obedient. |
naptu2:WOW! So there are electric cars made in Nigeria. Where dem dey charge am?. They should remain in Enugu. |
Fynx:Dealing on "Drug" is a business. That's why they refer to it as a drug deal or 'in drug business'. It's just illegal to deal in it without license and in large quantities. There are licensed Cocain dealers. Y0U CANNOT COMPARE IT WITH RAPE AND MURDER. Especially Rape. That's depravity. So, the 'other side' just want to make money. |
Zonefree: Ibegwu is a pervert. |
zenburster:My thoughts exactly. If anything it might make the situation worse. Those Genarals being retired still have a lot of influence among their junior officers. They could still initiate and direct a coup from outside. Anyway, the Defence intelligence unit are aware of this. Hope they can do something to check that because any coup that happens in Nigeria at the moment will be damned bloody. |
E dey for her face. Stubbornly ignorant. Women like her are very difficult to live with. The poor child must have been terribly subdued. A normal 9 year old will break the window glass. |
Newton1045:Still Igbo DNA. Benue Igbo. Just pass Nsukka small, you go see them. |
Chaolin:Going by his name, methinks Enugu or Benue states. |
"Story by Emily Standley Allard • 2d" Who else will publish such story?. She said nothing new. All men know that at age 50 and above, you can still shoot, but the quality of sperm is no longer the same as in your 20's. We all know that. However, many men fathered healthy children in their 80's. Al Pacino, Bob de Niro as notables. Any research to make women feel better. |
Brendaniel:Name one leader that retired in the UK? Our leaders retire to their respective villages. Not even Lagos or Abuja. |
She was NOT well informed. We have a "White lady" playing for us in Super Falcons. Ashley's parent did the ground work. Ngozi can forget about playing for Nigeria. She should aim to become a coach in the future. |
It's not just about a military take over, but more about who becomes the head of state and CIC. I still want to kick IBB in the nuts for not fixing Nigeria ala Singapore when he had the golden opportunity to do so. The Senate and House of Reps is a colossal waste of resources within the Nigerian context. Anyway, the truth about the coup plot will emerge sooner or later. Tinubu is not naieve. He knows what to do. |
