They assume that because the women are old and have dementia or Alzheimer, they have no more need for a sexual relief.

What if they actually wanted and enjoyed it and made the man to always give it to them. He was the only man available and willing to provide the service. The enjoyment may be mutual. But, in UK or the West, it's straight 'rape'.

I think that 95% or more of those estates are owned by Yoruba people from neighboring SW states. So don't worry about Igbos.

Igbos have since stopped building housing estates in Lagos. Certainly not in the Ibeju Lekki, Ajah, Epe axis. That enclave is for immigrant Yoruba's.
Igbos now prefer to build in Abuja. Even Igbos living in Lagos, build in Abuja, SE and PH.

Igbos in Lagos build only owner-occupier houses and hotels/guest houses in Lagos now.
