Good day all. Please how do I process police clearance certificate for someone who has already travelled?

My current weight is 67.10 kg, that means I have lost 3.25kg. Yayyyy. I plan to suspend the diet for today and tomorrow and will continue on Monday.

I started mine on Monday. Though I am not strictly following the menu.

Monday - No breakfast as I had to go out.
Lunch / Dinner I had one and half cucumber
and later ate peppersoup prepared with
smokedd panla fish.

Tuesday - No breakfast too, I went out.
Lunch I ate boiled plantain and stew only.
Dinner one boiled egg

Wednesday- Breakfast one boiled egg
Brunch one and half cucumber
Dinner I plan to eat peppersoup with
chunks of turkey without the skin.

Before I started my weight was about 70.35kg and this morning I weighed 68.55kg.

I feel hungry now so I will snack on cucumber.

Another problem is that the last time she went to the hospital she was asked to do an x-ray the pelvic x-ray to determine if she will be able to put to bed without operation or with operation and that one should cost 10,000 naira something like that so I want to find out if it is true something like that goes for 10000 just for an x-ray

My doctor recommended CT Pelvimetry scan to measure the pelvis vis a vis the baby's head. My pelvis was measuring small so I was advised to go for elective CS

I have put to bed o. EDD 5 June, DOB 30 May via elective CS. Will come back to share my birth story. Thanks everyone

I didn't enjoy their services, they seem disorganized. I have not used them for delivery though. I had to switch to Smith Medical at Iponri.

Its healing fast. The cut doc did don close sef. Thank God but as one dey go another symptom dey show. Yesterday, i was in pains all day. My right rib under breast just dey pain me. I took paracetamol for where, it didn't work at all. My Antenatal is today. Doctor must tell me what's wrong. I beg my baby tire for where e no gree move. The babe just move up to my chest balance dey play football inside. If i say i no cry na lie. I ate in pains, slept in pains.... Who hss experience it before abeg what did you do. We are 31 weeks ooo. Since i dey praise my lo say she dey corporate but na e be like say she don call off the deal o still in pains at the moment

Mine was my left rib at 27 weeks. I got bigger bras and it helps to do away with bras that have underwire. Still feel the pain sometimes but it is not severe anymore.

We welcomed our princess on the 22 of March 2019 at about 1am at 40weeks 1day. It was only God day did it after 2 hours of active labour. BS will be told soon.
