No2Atheism: Men . . . i think its better for Nigeria to split up so that only Northerners get to bear the image problem associated with terrorist . . .I think the earlier Nigeria splits up the better . . .
toshmann: dont you know that the recklessness of that regime affects even children who have not yet been born as of today? what lord lugard did in I9I4(amalgamation of north and south to form nigeria without consultation to the locals if they want to be together, and even the name NIGERIA, which is an english name meaning niger area, from his babe,) this happened in I9I4 and it is affecting me today, 2009. how else could i have been from the same country as the fool that tried to blow up a plane in detroit? or be of the same nationality as babangida.
what yaradua does today can affect 5 generations of nigerians.
True really. Hope u don't wanna start another thread here though.
Eziachi: The funny thing about most of these people that fight over who should be in Lagos and who shouldn't knew next to nothing about Lagos. They pay no tax to Lagos, Never lived in Lagos, owns nothing, even a pin in Lagos.
Their closest to Lagos is what they see on TV or a couple of hours after arriving from their various villages on their way to collect their Oluwole visas onwards to London for a life of credit card crime in Thamesmead.
gidson12: Some americans (FBI) predicted that nigeria would divide by 2015 or so, pls correct me if i'm wrong, would dis incidence fuel dat course, cos i'll b happy if it does, cos those northern guys are freaky
Brooklyn Institute's predictions precisely and they're never wrong reputably.
They excelled in their chosen field of acting in the 1990s. They were the favourites of movie makers and movie lovers. They shon like million stars. Some idolized them.
Who are these stars?
Well, some of them have left the shores of Nigeria to pursue either greener pastures abroad or to settle down in marriage. Those in this category include pretty Regina Askia-williams(New york), Victoria Inyama-okri(London), Sandra Achums(Germany), Rita Nzelu, Rita Nwankwo, Dolly unachukwu, Jenifer Eliogu-uchenna, Georgina Onuoha-igwebe(not really an old actress like the others), Amaeze Imahiagbe, Bobby Ejike, Robert Peters.
The next category falls under born againism such as Liz Benson(super star), Edyth Jane Azu-anyalogu, Okey ogunjiofor.
The next category are those who combine acting with other things like politics, music, NGO, such as RMD, Hilda Dokubo Mrakpor, Onyeka Onwenu.
The next are those I feel they still want to be relevant but unfortunately they are no more producers' choice such as Franca Brown, Ngozi Nwosu, Ndidi Obi, Ann Njemanze, Stephnora Okere, Ibinabo fiberesima, Ernest Asuzu, Ejike Metusela, Suzan Patrick, Uche Obi osotule, and handsome actor Pat Attah.
Producers now go for new generation actors such as Mercy Johnson(the hottest now) , Ini Edo, Tonto Dike, Chika Ike.
Meanwhile some of the yesteryears actors who are still struggling and managing to remain relevant till date include Emeka Ike, Saint Obi, and Ngozi Ezeonu.
While those who are still relevant till date include, Omotola Jolade Ekeinde, Kate Henshaw-nuttal, Genevieve Nnaji, Ramsey Nouah, Nkem Owoh.
Nevertheless, none of these stars ruled the screen in the 90s like Liz Benson followed by Regina Askia. Liz Benson was idolized by so many, she was loved by the young and the old because of her acting skilks, beauty and brain.

Much as u wouldn't wanna agree wit me, however the facts still remain that both 'ends' are linked to each other
PapaBrowne: The man is a nigerian engineering student from University college london and- wait for this- SON OF DR UMAR ABDUL MUTALLAB RETIRED CHAIRMAN OF FIRST BANK OF NIGERIA PLC. Case closed
Add that to the fact that Dr Umar Abdul Mutallab is CBN Governor Lamido Sanusi's best friend. Mutallab appointed Sanusi as CEO of First Bank. They also worked together in UBA.
