I can assure you if what you were sold to is truely fake,Konga will surely ensure you are not just paid back your and sure that is the end of the seller on the platform.
Please,make sure you are really confident that the one given to you is truely fake and you need to prove your claim with evidence.
Also,suspend the use of the perfume or the perfume son almost finished before you discover is a fake lol!!
Call this number 01 460 5555. as a matter of urgency to quickly report to them,am sure your matter will be treated as urgent as possible because Konga don't toy with customers complain,but we sellers are the once that are not powerful in their sight.

I don't know what you mean by ''standard'' but you can start with at least N30,000 (thirty thousand naira). If you decide to combine it with cds (Nigerian movies, dvds and music) and phone accessories (memory cards, earphones, phone batteries etc), then hold about N60,000 (sixty thousand naira). I will explain how and where to get the papers mentioned after one and other.
The papers you need for the exportation business are as follows:-
(1) CAC certificate which you can obtain from Corporate Affairs Commission of your state.
To obtain this certificate you will do as follows
pay 500naira for verification of your company name; submit two names and make sure that your name is not common or else you will pay another money if the name is not accepted.
Then after 2 weeks, go back to the office to verify maybe your name is not registered. If it is registered then pay 10k for the registration. And you will pay 250naira for file jacket. and that is all. After 2-5 working days your CAC certificate will be ready.
That one is for enterprises.
But for Unlimited, consult a lawyer to the preparation of your company article and then you will pay either 60-75k precisely for the certificate to be out. And can contact me if you need the preparation.

If I may bother you with these questions, though you have listed some paper works needed to kick off,but I will like you to help us elucidate more on those documents in the following manners,:where each of the docs can be obtained,cost of getting each of them ,where to get the documents ,what are needed papers to be presented at each locations for one to be given each of the docs,cost of each of the docs.
My reason of asking this,is I will like you to take us as newbie who has no idea on what to do.though still have some other questions ,but will be glad if the aforementioned questions are treated first.

First and formost,you can decide not to trade on their platform,you are not doing them any good for selling on their platform,if you examined the advantage of this platform to your business,you will agreed to me ,they have done more good than arm to you.
Secondly,Nairaland is not the judiciary to give judgement,so why escalating your issues here,you forgot that,if you tarnish their image,your own business too will suffering?I am a smart and aggressive seller before online platform came,but to be candid with you ,this people has given us the privilege to be our boss at the comfort of our house.
Thirdly,you claimed Konga commission is high,but I agree but I will let you consider the following, Konga charge is still better than their over hyped competitor who lacks proper organization and documentation,maybe you should move closer to more experienced merchants and let them share experience with you on the other over hyped platform,and you will know that Konga is a master despite their little challenges for now.
Also,tell me which other platform have the advancement of their merchants in mind like Konga?Konga has organized a series of seminars for merchants ,even call a conference and adviced merchants to build their brands,tell is their competitors doing this?

You are not even thanking Konga for replying mails, have you written a mails to their the other over hyped patform and get a respoy in one month not to talk of if the response will meet your request.
You should have gone to their forum and escalate this,the highest is you may be bar from the forum for some time but your issue will be address.
And to your claimed they asked you to place advert,
I know more than 20 merchants on the platform that have never place an advert with them ,and they are making good sales .
I will advice you to do the following about your store,
Spy on your competitors who you sell the same thing,compare their package and your price and do the needful,am sure you know what I mean.
Secondly,always use a long essential words as the headings of your product.
Thirdly,share your store even on your facebook page.
Note ,am not working with Konga but I am a merchant with them ,and I can't behold you pull down their name because many unemployed graduate has been employed by them,and other trading on their platform has benefitted from them,just like you,if the platform has not been favourable to you,you would not have been here escalating what you should have handled in a matured way.
