the storage issue might be from your apps, i used experience this on my tecno m3 back then, there was low storage even after deleting many thing until i discovered chrome was taking the whole space. so go to settings, click on apps, go to the app with the most storage and clear data. that should help.

Please phone Engineers in the house, I ran out of storage space on my Nokia Android and there is no SD Card in it, now, it has refused to boot.
When I power it, it just comes on but doesn't finish booting. It remains at the stage where I have to input my unlock pin.
