I just got my passport and was denied my study visa, with the reason being that I withdrew my admission from my school. This is very ridiculous. I never withdrew my admission and have just contacted my school only for them to confirm that my admission is still valid till mid March. I am very confused now. I don't even have much time to either reapply or appeal their decision.

I am also in your shoe by next week my school registration will close. It is really sad that we go through this Hell to get Visa. I am actually getting worried. Was at VFS Global Lagos State to submit my study visa application on the 2nd of January 2020, I was asked to get an extension letter from the school. The school gave me 8 weeks extension as requested by the embassy, but it's almost 8 weeks gone and I haven't heard from them. I have sent countless of messages to them via Veronica Loving's email address, but they never replied to those messages. And registration will be closing on the 28th of this month.

Applying for South African visa nowadays is hell of a task. Is there any other means of getting across to the embassy? I am really worried because I have spent so much time and money trying to secure this admission..

Huge thanks to the whole house. I applied for study visa for my PhD programme on the 7th of January, 2020. All thanks be to God, I received a message on the 5th of February that my passport was ready and I picked up on Friday 7th, with visa granted.
