Yes waec result is enough for you to apply to troy university and most schools in usa with your other supporting documents like SOA, test score, sponsorship letter or affidavit of support etc..

If some schools ask for your high school transcripts maybe there is a reason for that.. Although they do include it on their site as list of documents to mail or email to them but most applicants dont send it but send only waec and they make use of the waec as the transcript

Your meant to advice the dude to stop being lazy and write one test. Stop the excuse and boost your chance. To get into Nigerian uni, either ways be it entrance, jamb or post utme, a form of test is required.

Get a letter from ur school stating that both test are waived.

biikeys: I lost admission to two universities during my application because of that (documents arrived late). Unless you have a lot of buffer time and can afford the risk,I'd not advise Nipost...personally

I don't have difficulties in getting a girls phone number but I have troubles in

This is what I mean-when one visit www*abc*com for example one will land in a page which is homepage and when you also click home in the nav bar u will still be on the same page with no changes.but mine is different cos if I click home button on my page the page display another content which is wrong.
