9jafreak: Is D'banj An Illuminati? (*The Truth*)Lol! The irony of your post is highlighted in that last sentence ![]() The lluminati is a conspiracy theory concocted and fuelled by people like you who definitely have too much time on their hands that they can sit down and write an essay about something they have no proof of |
I hope they paid that copywriter well. .coz this has got to be one of the most brilliant promotional works ever written by a Nigerian for a Nigerian organization. . . Very impressive. Usually Nigerian adverts and commercials read like they were written by a 5yrs old. The key to a good copywritten concept is visualization, when the images jump right at you as you read the words. The writer obviously knows his onions. . .I mean you can already see it all play out. . .the disenchanted agbero boys on the street, the middleclass guy in his car. . .most likely a Toyota Candy, you can feel the agbero boys' anger when they hear Adegboye's name, tension heightens and then, *gen gen * the cornered victim mentions TB Joshua and all is well with the world. I hope they don't screw it all up during casting sha, I'd advice them to go with people who have the acting chops rather the usual nepotistic casting.
GBAM Exactly what i was thinking, It's quite obvious this story has been concocted, EPIC FAIL |
R.I.P, |
queensmith:[s]Are you refering to Megaupload or Megavideo , The former is only used for uploads and downloads you cant watch movies on there[/s]Never mind Has Megavideo been shut down too ![]() |
babaowo:Too early for that |
Hmmm, There's a storm coming |
What worries me is that these children might be the next to take the throne of power when they're parents leave, These are children who probably have no understanding of what it means to be poor or broke! |
@op actually you only dream during REM stage of sleeping, and there's nothing wrong with it. You can check out this faq on dreaming when you get the chance http://web-us.com/dream/dreamfaq.htm |
see your G.P or take yourself to the emergency room.
Exactly, in the time you took to create your NL account and post your msgs you could have had professional advice/treatment by now Get well soon |
Ope oo!! A Vals day release means promotions et al have to start from Jan and he probably knows it wont work well (no one will send) due to the recent brouhaha going on around the country. So it has nothing to do with occupying as some of you have already concluded. |
The stu.pid beaf is spewing rubbish again! Nigeria army has not cyber capability and hacking their website is only symbolic! However, the next phase of attack might involve shutting down the Banking IT network or taking one of the telecoms off air if your stu.pid GEJ decide to intimidate Nigerians with the ARMY!
Cocaine at work ![]() |
Uhm, How effective do you think this cyber attack is? I don't think people even knew of the website or if the army cares about it ![]() |
kingoflag:I firmly agree with you on this am tired of arguingCan you read or do you have issues comprehending statements? I rightfully described the picture as a quest for justice, while you came out of left-field comparing it to an Advertisement banning Okada. . .My point here is if you want to post pictures of the dead then go ahead and post them, but please show some respect for the dead. Just because someone has lost his life to injustice doesnt automatically mean he (or his family) would consent to his picture being used publicly "so long as the world was made aware of the injustice" as you stated. That's a massive error! am sorry but i cant agree with you on that. You cannot compare everyone to Mohamed Bouazizi (the individual who kick-started the Arab spring) he committed suicide in the open because he wanted to send a message to the masses, so passing on his pictures was somewhat justified for its highly likely he would have consented. The okada analogy was meant to give you an example of what i was trying to say (i expected that you would be aware that there have been discussions concerning a ban on okadas in Lagos) My unreserved apologia if it was too grotesque for you. That said, we are all entitled to our own views and there isnt a clear right or wrong answer. chinkena |
kingoflag:Ohh you find my analogy grotesque now? compare that to the numerous uncensored pictures you see posted on here, if i posted such picture here it wouldnt be grotesque to you as long as the person died for a just cause right? Btw I have gone back and read your comment, now you go back and read mine |
rati ken:Nice breakdown, Thanks for that |
femzy:[s]Same here, i only heard the last bit when he was tearing the reporter apart , Can someone please summarize?[/s]This might help http://www.punchng.com/viewpoint/cbn-and-fuel-subsidy/ |
If the person involved had died in an accident e.t.c I would have agreed with you. But you should know that, this is revolution! This is war! and all atrocities must be documented,
We are somewhat saying the same thing, read my post again All the gory pictures from the Arab spring, do u think permission was taken from relatives before they were posted? You cannot be sure of the answer to that can you? besides most of the pictures from the arab spring hide the identity of the victims (unless they are popular figures.) and I am yet to see an unclad picture of a victim kingoflag:Lets use this example, say you got hit by an okada and you fall and split your brains all over the street (God forbid ) do you mean you wouldnt mind if pictures of your leaking brain (with a zoomed profile of your face) are posted around the web, and newspapers as a promo to ban okadas? |
MsDarkSkin:He's targeted nigerian women in general and sure he's wrong for his comment but she's set out to target yoruba women which is unnecessary, i dont see the link |
My best friend is my ex, so even when I got a new bf there was no way I could cut ties with him, like what for? there were few times we even went out together and my bf knew about all of it, and he had no problem with it because of trust.
It could also be because he's doing something much worse behind you and so can't complain ![]() BTW hope you don't have feelings for your ex cos if you do then keeping in touch will be a bad idea, but if you're over her and you love your current gf then there's no problem. The problem here is that you can never predict what his ex is thinking, she could secretly still be infatuated with him and simply waiting for the right moment to pounce, Am not saying you should cut off your ex totally but if you are really serious about your current gf then you should definitely minimise the time you spend with your ex or watch what you guys talk about. Dont drag your old relationship into your new one |
@all Welcome to the reality of the revolution! Pictures paint a thousand word, The graphic nature of the pictures make us realise the price that's being paid. It is d pictures that will make the world realise what is going on in Nigeria just like it brought Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Yemen and now Syria to world's attention! If you are so chicken and you can't stomach these, please go back to the romance section where you will get posts that will be agreeable to your stomach. People are dying in a terrible manner and some people are complaining about Unclad pictures, does the dead care? nonsense!
Sorry i have to ask do you actually know how it feels to lose a close relative? If the deceased would want his/her picture published to prove a point (e.g the man who started the Arab spring for instance) then i would understand publishing his pics without consent from anyone because that was what he died for otherwise it's disrespectful to the family and friends, the least you can do is hide the identity of the deceased or cover his/her unclothedness which we do not do. |
I agree with the OP, these people are fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters to other people. You wouldn't appreciate it if people posted dead naked pics of your father or mother online would you? If it must be done to show "proof" then respect must first be shown to the family of the deceased and his/her privacy should be protected. Simple! |
What is worrying is that if these so-called celebrity role-models are asked to support GEJ in 2015 in return for cash or honours title they will go ahead and do it again ![]() |

, The former is only used for uploads and downloads you cant watch movies on there[/s]
) do you mean you wouldnt mind if pictures of your leaking brain (with a zoomed profile of your face) are posted around the web, and newspapers as a promo to ban okadas?
maybe its your yoruba girls you are refering too not beautiful women from the south east. .baba mungu!
