try to get a bus going to obalende, then from there take Keke napep or korope to Eko Hotel - V.I. The TLS center is less than 1km from that round about. You can trek there

How did you proof your 9 yrs study gap?

I submitted employment letters from about 3 organizations I had worked for in the past.

VI TLS
Biometrics 21st of June
Transferred to VAC 12th of July.
Collection mail 13th of July.

vac will send you a mail for collection when it’s time. When and where was your biometrics done ?

well, the POF is under your control so you can certainly do as you please, but keep in mind that if you do when a decision is yet to be made on application, You may be given a 10yrs ban.

UKVI seems to be working very fast now.

My biometrics was done on 22nd June.
NSF mail received on the 5th of July . Reply sent on the same day.

I just called them to confirm if they received the reply to the NSF only to be told that decision has already been made on the 6th of July. Isn’t God wonderful?

I got a NSF email yesterday asking me to explain my 9 years study gap.

I worked with an organisation for four years, (I have the appointment letter and all) but quit in 2018 due to pregnancy and baby nursing. I nursed from 2018 without employment but opened my own private business in 2020. I hope mentioning the business and nursing will not be a red flag that me deny me visa. I intend to mention all in the reply.

Gurus please advise me.

I sent a paid mail and got a reply a decision has been made on my application, but the outcome of the application cannot be discussed by mail or phone.

And "Please allow 10 working days for the visa application centre to contact you in regards to collection or delivery of your passport."

Please what does this mean?.

My heart dey beat like this.

congratulations. I’m a little surprised, it took about 12 days from the point of doing biometrics to the point of getting your visa.

I printed my POF on 24th June and submitted my application same day via self service on TLS. I was able to schedule biometrics for 26th July.

Will I have to print another statement when going for bio, since the 31-day validity period will have lapsed by then?

why do you have to wait till 26th of July for biometrics. Are there no closer dates to the than that ?

Pls house, I recently applied for student visa and got a msg on Friday that said I should send either my payslip from work or employment letter with in the next 10days , I was able to get my payslip but someone advice me to use a reference letter instead , pls I need advice on what to do as I have to respond to the mail ASAP. Thanks

Reference letter is the best.

2/ at the TLS website where documents were uploaded, did you not upload any (reference letter/letter of employment) ?
