Do you know how tasking it is to come up with lines within seconds, spit em, and still think what you'll spit in the line immi one finishes after the other without choking and still flowing on a beat?

I'm not saying those Nigaz aint sick freestylers but some lil background preparation or spitting a lil of old lines[which I believe eminem has done] to keep the flow going just goes to show a 100% fresh d.O.pe long freestyle no be child's play cos even the brain's powerful processor cant process thoughts pass the speed of light. But a short dope one is very much achievable.

Actually, why I lept to the guy's defence is because of the situation in which I felt you were judging him. There is a naija rapper some few years ago (MI or Ice-prince I can't remember clearly) that after a programme, he was told to free-style, he was like he couldn't free-style, and believe me most naija rapper can't do impromptu free-style. Obviously, any rapper should be able to do penned down rapper, but only few like EM, Nas, I really know can do impromptu free-style, even at that they can't deliver any sick punchlines or witty metaphors, but they will sure drop some cohesive and coherent rhymes.

The ghanian dude is a poet. He freestyled some dope poetic justice ish yesterday times without number which I regret not paying close attention to. He dey show im talent.

Na bad thing to cram? Its not even realistic to come up with sick lines in matter of micro seconds which is what freestyle demands. But with some pre crammed lines or stand by rhymes, its much easier to freestyle. So far you add something that has to do with your immediate environment birthed via quick thinking.

I think vector did a freestyle diss to Rukus on rhythm 97 fm.

Yap. But freestyle doesn't necessarily mean you have to deliver sick punchlines or out of this world metaphors na. I just did a search and found a vid of him free styling. Tried to post the screen shot but I dunno whats wrong.

By 3 bars you mean how many lines? Mi, Modo, Vector can freestyle if the occasion rises.
