You cannot exclude every other region from the most important offices (security) and expect everyone to keep mum. It cannot happen.

Talking about effective, do you honestly believe that Buhari can vouch for their effectiveness and suitability for those posts? Do you mean to imply that all those offices all occupied by people from his region (remember the security offices are the most essential in every govt), there was no persons found from other regions who could play the role and very effectively too?

My friend, Buhari must make conscientious efforts to imbibe the principle of federal character in his appointments otherwise, the feelings of marginalization in other regions with the ensuing unrests are just in the teething stages.

As for the ND crisis it is simply because Nigeria as a country has never had a visionary leader as president.

If we did, the ND would be competing with the likes of Dubai and other hubs in the world where oil money is made.

Every student in private university EARNS whatever grades they get irrespective of the millions they pay as school fees and by the way the school fees is payment of services and efficient service delivery so that his or her 4 years Will be 4years and have easy access to university facilities and services

On the other hand public university lecturers that fail students do it out of ego to show they're still the boss or they know more than the student. In some cases if the student in a public university is asking too much questions and the lecturer can't answer it the lecturer might start bullying the student academically and suffocate his intelligence /quest for more knowledge till he becomes a passive student
