SEVEN DAYS FREE TRAINING ON HOW TO START GEMSTONE MINING IN NIGERIA

DAY FOUR

HOW TO HIRE MINERS
Today's lesson is centered on hiring miners. For those who missed the previous lessons, I will post the links below today's lesson. Small and medium scale Gemstone Mining involves the use of manual labor to extract the gems. Sometimes, semi-mechanized methods are used. Water pumping machines, for instance, are used to pump out water when you meet water or during the rainy season. A generator set is needed to power the pump and other tools. However, most of the works is done by the miners using manual labor. That is, following the gem vein through digging the ground and removing the soil until the gems are found. A rock drilling machine is also used to drill and blast rocks.

In every productive process, labor power is an important factor. To be able to achieve your mining objectives, you must be able to hire good and experienced miners. Some of these gemstones look like every other stone. For instance, white topaz is just like every other ordinary white stone. It takes a knowledgeable miner to determine the difference. Most importantly, the Gemstone mining process involves the location of the gem vein and continues to follow the veins until the gems are located. It is not just digging the ground; the digging must follow the 'road', which is the vein. If you miss the vein, then your work is likely to end in futility. So hiring of good and knowledgeable miners is the chief determinant of success in Gemstone Mining.

As a newcomer, you may not be able to know how to go about hiring miners because there is no labor market where miners stay waiting to be hired. But there are agents in the gemstone sector who help to hire seasoned miners at little cost.

These miners or laborers who do the work are actually not paid salaries. They are partners in the business. Their own contribution is their manual labor. They continue to do the work until products are obtained. When gems are obtained, they are shared based on pre-agreed percentages. The general practice as I stated in the previous lesson is that miners must sell their own share to the financier based on 'bush price' to be mutually agreed upon.

Miners are to be motivated and taken good care of. Foods must always be provided as the work demands a lot of energy. Some of them smoke and drink. These are part of the work. Once in a while, you, the financier must indulge them in all these. Keep your personal moral values or health opinion to yourself because it is not going to be of any help to you here.

In conclusion, therefore, the hiring of miners is more practical than theoretical. You will get to understand the mechanics of it when you got to the field.

END OF LESSON FOUR.
In tomorrow's lesson, we shall be looking at how to set up the Mining Operation and locations where gemstones are found in Nigeria.

SEVEN DAYS FREE TRAINING ON HOW TO START GEMSTONE MINING IN NIGERIA

DAY THREE

HOW TO ACQUIRE LANDS FOR GEMSTONE MINING IN NIGERIA
The subject of today's lesson is how to acquire land that has gemstone deposits for the purpose of extracting the minerals. For those who missed lessons one and two, I will post the links below this lesson. Nigeria is a country blessed with up to 100 different minerals in commercial quantity. The 2015 reviewed Royalty rates for Nigerian Minerals by the Ministry of Mines recognized 62 minerals, but there are many that were not captured in that review. These minerals are found in lands, and these lands belong to people and communities. The Federal Government, fearing not to repeat the mistakes of the Niger Delta, where Crude Oil licenses are awarded in Abuja without any consideration for the owners of the area, thereby creating crises, decided to solve the problem by providing that consent of landowners is needed before Mining License is issued.
This information is for intending investors, businessmen, and miners who want to acquire mining sites for their gemstone mining operations in Nigeria. The first step is to look for an agent who is knowledgeable with vast contact in the gemstone sector to assist you to look for lands that have deposits of the particular gemstone of choice. The second stage is to confirm whether the deposit is in commercial quantity. If that is done, then you negotiate with the landowners and move on to Mining Cadastral Office to process your mining license.
To be able to process and obtain Mining License from the Mining Cadastral Office, a Consent Letter from the owners of the land must be duly obtained and signed. This is in accordance with the provisions of the Nigerian Minerals And Mining Act 2007, which is the Law that governs Minerals and Mining Titles in Nigeria.
Let us look at the ways through which one can acquire a mining site for the purpose of carrying out gemstone mining operations in Nigeria. There are three major ways through which land-bearing gemstones can be acquired in Nigeria. An intending miner can acquire mining sites through any of the following ways:
a. Partnership Model
b. Land Leasing Model
c. Buying of Land Model

a. PARTNERSHIP MODEL
A new entrant with a low budget can acquire a mining site for the purpose of gemstone mining through the partnership model. To the uninitiated, this may sound challenging, but in actual practice, it is not as difficult as it appears. To acquire a mining site is actually very easy with little expenditure, actionable information, and the right contacts. There are many sites with huge gemstone deposits and valid licenses that are waiting to be mined. These sites and licenses belong to connected individuals and companies who use their influences to procure these licenses, but for one reason or the other, are unable to commence mining work.
What we do is to locate those who have such sites, and partner with them. We take charge of the Site or a part thereof depending on the agreement, hire miners (laborers), and finance the work. When we get minerals, it is shared according to pre-agreed percentages. The product is shared between the License Holder and the Financier by 40% and 60% respectively. Some greedy License Holders will insist on fifty-fifty. But that is not a problem since it is the Financier who controls everything. The License Holder settles the community (landowners) from his own share based on their pre-operation agreement when negotiating for their consent. The Financier settles his workers/miners from his own share based on the agreed percentage (i.e if the workers are not paid salaries). The general practice is that the laborers sell their own share to the financier based on 'bush price'. It is considered a loss for a Financier to allow minerals from his site to be sold to an outsider except by him or herself. However, if the financier/ miner is paying his workers monthly salary, there is no need for sharing. But if they are not paid, then they have a share of the proceeds. In terms of the financial implications of acquiring a Site under the partnership model, a budget of Six Hundred Thousand Naira (N600,000) to One Million Naira (N1,000,000) should be made. This budget covers logistics, Cola nut fee, Agents' fee, and legal fee for the MOU.
Under the partnership model, the miner does not necessarily need to obtain any permit to start mining as he or she is working under the license of the Partner Company. One major disadvantage of this model is that you may be selling your products, and receiving payments through the Company name as you do not have papers to trade on your own. However, the above challenge can be solved by obtaining a Permit to Possess And Purchase Minerals.
In conclusion, therefore, it is hoped that with this Partnership Model of Gemstone Mining, the participants will acquire experience and raise enough capital to acquire their own sites, procure licenses and upgrade to medium-scale miners.

b. LAND LEASING MODEL:
The leasing of land is the second way through which a gemstone mining site can be acquired. Agreements of land leasing for the purpose of mining differ from place to place. In some places, the landowners may demand up to 10% to 20% of products plus the leasing fee. The duration of the lease is often open until the objective of the operation is achieved. That is until minerals are recovered. One good thing is that everything here is subject to negotiation and the people are always ready to negotiate, but they don't entertain a breach of agreements. A budget of One Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N1,500,000.00) to Two Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N2,500,000.000) should be made for land leasing. The budget includes agency fees for all those that will make the agreement a success, logistics, the ‘kola money’ for signing the government’s Consent Letter, and legal fees.
When the Lease Agreement is concluded, the miner then approaches the Mining Cadastral Office, or the Department of Artisanal And Small Scale Mining, Federal Ministry of Mines And Steel Development to obtain the Mining License, which normally takes about four weeks with the right contact. With the License, you are good to go. You then recruit your boys, mobilize and start work. You can also be working as the license is being processed. One great benefit of this license is that you will be entitled to Mining Grant from the Ministry of Mines to enable you to progress to a large-scale miner.

c. BUYING OF LAND MODEL
Buying land with gemstone deposits is the third method of acquiring a mining site. This is suitable for those with financial capacity. However, buying lands with mineral deposits is not as easy as the first two methods of acquiring sites. This is because it is not every time that those lands are available for sale. And even when they are available for sale, information about it might not be so available. You can only know about it through the small circle of people within that particular mineral sub-sector in that particular area.
Prices of mineral lands are determined by a lot of factors such as size, location, and the condition of the seller. Some owners may not know about the existence of such mineral deposits in the land and that also will influence the price. Buying of lands is for medium and large-scale operators. One good thing about buying the land is that after the gemstone mining operations, you can also reclaim the land and use it for other purposes.
END OF LESSON THREE

SEVEN DAYS FREE TRAINING ON HOW TO START GEMSTONE MINING IN NIGERIA

DAY TWO

In today's lesson, we shall be looking at two aspects of gemstone mining in Nigeria. Part one is about the mining models available to intending gemstone miners, while part two is about the legal requirements. As stated in lesson one, this training is designed for Small Scale miners and beginners. So the mining models and legal requirements will capture these categories of operators. If you missed lesson one, don't worry I will post the link to it at the end of today's lesson.

Part ONE
GEMSTONE MINING MODELS:
The business models for gemstone mining designed for this training are: (a) Partnership Model, and (b) Small Scale Miner Model.

a. Partnership model is a four-party partnership among landowners, license holders, miners, and sponsorer/ financier. The landowners are the community or persons who own the land. The license holder is the company who has a government mining license to mine the land. The miners are the workers/laborers who do the actual mining work. The sponsorer or financier is you, who provide the financial and logistical requirements to carry out the mining operation. In this model, the financier do not necessarily need to obtain a Mining License to go into this project because the work will be done based on the license already obtained by the license holder 9the company). So the contribution of the financier is the money to be spent on the work. The general practice is that gems recovered from this operation are shared into two equal parts. One part goes to the landowners and license holders, while the other part goes to the financier and the miners. That means the financier does not pay salary to the miners, rather, everyone gets paid when the work starts to yield dividends. In this way, everyone is motivated to work hard based on self-interest. The responsibility of the financier is to provide tools, accommodation, food, and other logistics for the boys. This model is common in Northern Nigeria and some parts of South West states where gemstone mining is beginning to gain traction.
The partnership model is good for small-scale miners and those with low budgets to start their gemstone mining journey. There are always available partners to partner with in this model. This is because there are many companies that have licenses that cover many mining areas but are not actually doing the mining work. They are always willing to partner with anyone ready to work at their sites.

b. Small Scale Miner Model is designed for beginners who have the money to acquire their own sites and obtain Small Scale Mining Permit from the Ministry of Mines And Steel Development. In this case, the miner buys his own site, rent the land, or partner with the landowners for the mining operation. It is always advisable to partner with the landowners or rent the land because of the cost, and also for the community to provide security knowing that they are partners. The miner/business owner then hires his workers and sets up the operation. In practice here, miners/workers are not paid salaries. They get paid when the mine produces gems based on pre-agreed percentages. But one can decide to pay his/her workers. In a situation where the landowners are partners, they get between 5% to 20% of produced gems depending on the bargaining abilities of the investor.
One other way of carrying out the small-scale miner model without obtaining a mining lease, which many people do not know, is to obtain a permit called Small Scale Mining Permit from the department of Artisanal and Small Scale Mining, Ministry of Mines and Steel Development. This permit allows you to mine an area as long as you can prove that you have an understanding with the landowners. You can continue to use this permit, renewable every two years until you are financially strong enough to obtain Mining Lease.

PART TWO
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

Gemstone mining, like every other type of solid mineral mining in Nigeria, is regulated by law. It is governed by the Nigerian Minerals And Mining Act 2007. There are different types of mining permits in Nigeria. These are Exploration License, Large Scale Mining Lease, Small Scale Mining Lease, and Small Scale Miner’s Permit. However, you may not be required to go into obtaining all these licenses or permits required by the Law at this stage if you are engaged in the partnership model as you will be working with the license of the license holder partner. But as a small-scale miner, you need either Small Scale Mining Lease or Small Scale Miner’s Permit to be able to legally mine gemstones in Nigeria. I am going to post below this lesson the complete guidelines on Mineral Titles Applications in Nigeria. It is recommended however, that intending miner should endeavor to register a Company. The cost is not much.

SEVEN DAYS FREE TRAINING ON HOW TO START GEMSTONE MINING IN NIGERIA

DAY ONE

INTRODUCTION:

Nigeria is a Country blessed with abundant different types of minerals, especially gemstones. The Country is heavily endowed with some of World's scarce precious stones like Emerald, Sapphire, Tourmaline, Ruby, Beryl, Zircon, Aquamarine, Topaz, Amethyst etc. From the planes of Nisama, Antah, Gidan Waya to the hills of Gwantu in Kaduna State; up to the top of the Mambila Plateau in Taraba State, these treasure gems are graciously deposited beneath the Nation's soil.

The whole of the ancient City of Keffi and its environs are sitting on mind-blowing deposits of multi-color Tourmaline - a deposit that can sustain the development of the whole North Central Nigeria. In Oyo State, and other South West states, the volumes of gem deposits in that axis are simply awesome!

In Sarkin Powa, Niger State, multi-color tourmalines are harvested in tons! These may sound incredible, but they are verifiable facts.
Different colors of high-grade Tourmaline, including bi-color, multi-color, green, blue, red, pink, lemon, Paraiba, lagoon blue, etc, are found in 25 Local Government Areas in Nigeria.
Farmers pick Sapphires in their farms at Nisama and Antah. Hunters at Nike pack kilograms of deep blue Tourmaline in rat holes while on hunting. Women pick Emeralds while weeding their farms at Gwantu Hills. The whole of Gwantu Chiefdom is sitting on top of Emerald deposits!
The Aquamarines of Shaki, Falansa, Ibudo-Are, Akoya, Olode, Ibadan, Godogodo, Kafanchan, Awo, Balogun, Rafin Gabas Hiils, Akwanga, Bakianyi, Jenta, Ijebu Igbo, Igbo Ora, Okene, Isanlu, Ziem, Daura, etc are the finest on Earth.

The Mambilla Plateau in Taraba is the home to large deposits of Sapphires. The huge deposits of Agate at Nguroji and Gembu are yet to be mined. Spinel has just been discovered at Jemaa. The deep multi-color Garnets of Shaki West, Oluyole, Ona Ara, Yagba East, Yagba West, Kanke, Pankshin, Gwaram, Tsafe, Biu and Toro Local Government Areas are simply abandoned!

There are large deposits of Topaz at Kokona, Toro, Dandi, Atisbo, Mangu, etc. There are huge reserves of top-grade Amethyst at Bebeji, Tudun Wada, Bogoro, Sakaba, Kokona, etc. Premium quality deposits of Beryl are found in Ayeda-Ade, Ife-East, Iwo, Kurmi, Takum, Irepodun, Adavi and Ijumu. Different colors of Zircon are found in Barkin-Ladi, Bokkos, Jemaa, Sarduana, Bogoro, and Biu. These deposits are simply unimaginable, mind-blowing! The few examples above represent microcosmic instances of gem deposits spread across the Country. The irony is that apart from the activities of illegal miners, and smugglers, nothing much is happening in this solid mineral sub-sector.

Nigeria, no doubt, is certainly the next destination for international Gemstone dealers, miners, investors, researchers, treasure hunters, and entrepreneurs. As information continues to trickle out about the gigantic magnitude of Gem deposits in the Country, Nigeria is going to be on the center stage of the World Gemstone Trade in the next few years. Smart men and women are already taking up positions.

The one billion dollar question on the lips of every development expert is why on Earth is Nigeria poor, considering the mountainous availability of these great treasures? The answer is squarely situated at the doorstep of Nigerian leaders who are fixated on the mono-economy of petro-wealth, and adamantly or ignorantly refused to diversify the Nigerian Economy. However, the above opinion is beyond the scope of this training.

The training is purposefully structured into seven short courses that include Preliminary / Legal Requirements, locations of gems deposits in Nigeria, Site Acquisition, Hiring of Miners, Setting up the Mining Operation and Management Issues, how to market your gems, royalty rates payable to the government, etc.

The information contained in this training is designed for small and medium-scale miners. Large-scale miners have special training tailored for their individual goals and specifications. It is hoped that these small and medium scale operators would progress to large-scale miners if they put the knowledge gained from this training into action.

END OF LESSON ONE.
In tomorrow's lesson, we are going to look at the Gemstone mining models available to an intending investor, and the legal requirements.

FREE TRAINING ON GEMSTONE TRADE & MINING: Introduction
The Gemstone and Semi-precious stone sub-sector of the solid mineral sector are often neglected, yet the most lucrative in the solid mineral industry. With the right information, you can easily tap into the multi-billion dollar international gems and crystal trade.

This free training is to contribute my own quota to Nigerian development. Gemstone trade or mining is a business anyone can venture into. Exporters, entrepreneurs, geologists, businessmen/ women, public servants, students, etc. It is a sector that can provide employment for our youths and create wealth for the Country. Government should discard the unproductive policy of poverty reduction, and instead adopt the productive policy of wealth creation in its economic development plans. The Gemstone sector is a good area to start for wealth generation and employment creation. Good-spirited individuals & philanthropists like the Cubanas of this World should look into this sector when empowering the youths next time.

I will post one free lesson on this platform each day for the next few weeks. The training is structured into two parts. Part one is How to Start Gemstone Mining in Nigeria, while part two is How to Start Gemstone Business. The lesson topics cover all the different aspects of the gemstone industry, including licenses & permits, site acquisition, locations of gemstone deposits in Nigeria, hiring of miners, international Gemstone Trade centers, important Gemstone websites, international Gemstone laboratories, international Gemstone Trade fairs, marketing strategies & platforms, grading & pricing, and much much more.
The first lesson will be posted on this platform tomorrow morning. After the training, you will be allowed to ask questions.

The World of Healing Crystals is as large as the World itself. There is basically one crystal for every one of your life's challenges, aspirations, ambitions, and needs. Today more than ever before, millions of people are now using crystals to solve life challenges and attract their needs into their lives.

Breaking up with a loved one is just like having the worst nightmare after having the best dream! Love is capable of providing us with unparalleled joy, but it is also capable of subjecting us to unparalleled pains! The pain of breaking up with a loved one is one of the most excruciating pains in the World! It is better imagined than experienced!

The use of crystals and gemstones in love and romance is an ancient practice that has gained wide acceptance in recent times. The great Egyptian Queen, Cleopatra was recorded in history to have used Rose Quartz and Amethyst rings to seduce two powerful Roman generals, Julius Caesar and Augustus Caesar (Mark Anthony). She also wore Aquamarine & Lapis Lazuli. Till today, it is believed by Roman women that having Rose Quartz and Amethyst stones around them would ensure the faithfulness & devotion of their husbands & lovers. These crystals are generally used by women in this ancient city to bring back their ex loved ones.

TWO MOST EFFECTIVE CRYSTALS THAT CAN HELP YOU BRING BACK YOUR EX
1. ROSE QUARTZ
The pink stone, Rose Quartz is the master and most effective crystal in love, romance, seduction, attracting someone into your life; and most importantly, to get back your ex-love. All great seducers in history- Casanova, Ninon de Lenclos, Catherine the great, and the Magnificient Cleopatra are said to have used crystals, especially Rose Quartz and Amethyst in their love & romance escapades & exploits!
A piece of Rose Quartz stone under your pillow, in your car, purse, pocket, in the office; or worn as a pendant, earrings, bracelets will help to bring back your ex, attract new love or renew existing relationship.

2. AMETHYST
Amethyst is a stone of love. It is the birthstone of February, the month of love. St. Valentine, the Patron Saint of love was recorded to wear a carved Amethyst ring as a symbol of his dedication to love. The soft purple color of Amethyst makes it one of the most powerful crystals to turn to when you are feeling the fierce pains of a recent break-up! It is a stone for self-worth manifestation, showcasing, magnifying, and optimizing your value, worth and importance to your ex. Amethyst also promotes happiness in relationships, increases love, and encourages generosity. Keep Amethyst stone around you to bring love, promote existing love and bring back your ex.

Health / How To Use Aidan Fruits To Shrink Fibroid Without Surgery (photos) by kudosamass(m): 1:39pm On May 31, 2021
AIDAN FRUITS AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO SURGERY IN THE TREATMENT OF FIBROIDS
Fibroids are abnormal growths or tumors that can develop in a woman’s uterus during childbearing years. These lumps are non-cancerous, but when they become large, they start to cause heavy menstrual bleeding, enlarged abdomen, abdominal pains, pelvic pains, painful sex, prolonged or delayed periods, frequent urination, infertility, etc.
According to a report by the Office on Women’s Health (OWH), “Between 20% and 80% of females develop fibroids by the age of 50.” This is an alarming number! It calls for healthy living among women, and the use of health plants such as Aidan Fruits to help prevent fibroid.
The various medical treatments for fibroids include surgery, hormonal birth control, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc. In most cases, surgery is always suggested as the best treatment option, but surgery has a lot of risk factors associated with it, including loss of blood, severe pain, infections, and might lead to death in some cases. Many health plants have however been discovered by many traditional communities and health experts to possess properties that are helpful in the treatment of abnormal growths, tumors, lumps, cancers, and uterine fibroid without going through the dangers associated with surgical removals. One of the most effective plants discovered that can help to shrink fibroid is Aidan Fruits, botanically called Tetrapleura tetraptera.
THE USE OF AIDAN FRUITS TO SHRINK FIBROID
A lot of communities in Africa, especially in Southern Nigeria uses Aidan Fruits to treat different ailments. The Yoruba people of South West Nigeria calls it Aridan. They use this wonderful plant to treat diabetes, asthma, arthritis, epilepsy, convulsion, schistosomiasis (snail fever), etc. In the ancient town of Eha-Amufu in Enugu State of South East Nigeria, the plant, its fruits, leaves, roots and bark are widely used for the treatment of fibroid, diabetes, convulsion, leprosy, hypertension, etc. It is the most effective plant medicine for post-partum (after delivery) recovery of women in that society. Women and girls from this place are encouraged by older ones to use grounded Aidan fruits in their cooking (it is an exotic spice) so as to prevent most women's sicknesses such as painful menstruation, fibroid, and other related health issues.
Research findings by health experts have also shown that one of the most effective tropical health plants that have proved to be very active in the treatment and management of abnormal growths and tumors in the body is Aidan Fruits. Many published academic research works have attested to the potency of this wonderful African plant in the treatment and management of tumors and other inflammatory diseases such as fibroid.
The natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of Aidan fruits discourage and prevent the growth and development of tumors and uterine fibroids. A research conducted by John A.O. Ojewole and Clement O. Adewunmi on the Anti-inflammatory and Hypoglycemic Effects of Tetrapleura Tetraptera (Aidan Fruits), which was published on the website of the National Library of Medicine, concludes that, “The results of this experimental animal study indicates that Tetrapleura tetraptera fruit aqueous extract possesses anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic properties.” The work added that “these findings lend pharmacological credence to the suggested folkloric uses of the plant’s fruits in the management and/or control of many inflammatory conditions.”
In another study by a group of seven health researchers published on the International Journal of Pharmacology, the researchers, Mehmet Ozaslan, Riwan Lawal, Ahmet Cakir, O.S. Odesanmi, I.D. Karagoz, Ibrahim Halil Kilic, and Izzettin Guler investigated the Cytotoxic and Anti-proliferative Activities of Tetrapleura tetraptera Fruit Extract on Tumor Cells of Mice. The study showed that the Tetrapleura tetraptera extract was cytotoxic (toxic) to carcinoma (cancer) cells. It concluded that Tetrapleura tetraptera increases the lifespan of the mice by reducing the number of viable carcinoma cells.
Finally, another research work worthy of mention to support the position that Aidan Fruits can be used to shrink abnormal tumors such as cancer and fibroids is a study published in the Journal of Enthnopharmacology. The study researched the Cytotoxic Phytochemicals from the crude extract of Tetrapleura tetraptera fruits (Aidan fruits) towards multi-factorial drug resistance cancer cells. The research work concluded that Tetrapleura tetraptera “exerted cytotoxicity against nine cancer cell lines including drug-sensitive and drug-resistant phenotypes.” It added that Tetrapleura tetraptera (Aidan fruits) is a good cytotoxic natural product that should be explored in dept to develop new drugs to fight tumors.
There are tons of published research works to support the usage of Aidan fruits for the treatment of tumor or inflammatory-related ailments such as fibroids. The few examples cited above give scientific support to the age-long practice by many communities in Africa in the use of Aidan fruits to shrink fibroids without recourse to the dangerous path of surgical removals.
PREPARATION AND USAGE OF AIDAN FRUITS
Aidan Fruit is very easy to prepare because it is an exotic spice used in cooking in many African communities. It is used to spice up pepper soup, yam porridges, jollof rice, and many other foods. In Eha-Amufu town mentioned earlier, the pods are cut into pieces and added to the cooking. Using the fruits as a spice in cooking keeps you healthy and helps to prevent many ailments especially those associated with women’s health such as fibroids.
However, to prepare the fruits, leaves, bark, or roots of the Aidan plant for medicinal purposes, you need to cut few pods into pieces and boil in water for about 30 to 40 minutes. Drink as tea ¼ cup morning and evening for a month. Another method to prepare the medicine is to ground the pods and mix them with honey. Take one tablespoon morning and night for a month.

HOW TO BUY GOOD QUALITY AIDAN FRUIT PODS
Aidan fruits are sold in many local markets, but the greatest challenge is how to get fresh and healthy pods due to the fact that most of the pods sold by local market women are invalids picked in the bushes. Some of them are already eaten up inside by worms, while others are rotten and infested by ants and insects. This is because wild animals, especially insects love the fruit because of its exotic smell, and possibly to keep themselves healthy! You can however obtain freshly harvested Aidan fruits online from Aidan fruits development and marketing companies. Just search for Aidan Fruits Market on google. You will obtain fresh and healthy pods.

Investment / Where To Buy Limestone In Nigeria by kudosamass(m): 8:03am On May 30, 2021
Nigeria is a country blessed with large deposits of Limestone. The Country boasts of over two trillion metric tons of Limestone. These deposits are evenly distributed across the country and can be found in states like Ebonyi, Enugu, Benue, Kogi, Sokoto, Ogun, Cross River, etc.

Although Limestone has many uses in the industrial and construction sector, it is only cement manufacturers that are very active in the exploitation of the mineral in Nigeria. The challenge however is that there are no formal markets where users and buyers can go to buy this very important raw material. Buyers rely on personal contacts to source the product. It is advisable that the Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development should set up a mineral market as obtainable in other mineral-rich nations to make it easier for buyers and sellers to meet. YOU CAN HOWEVER GET ALL YOUR LIMESTONES FROM US

Business / How To Acquire Mining Sites In Nigeria by kudosamass(m): 10:05pm On Apr 16, 2021
HOW TO ACQUIRE LANDS FOR MINING IN NIGERIA
This information is for intending investors, businessmen, and miners who want to acquire mining sites for their mining operations in Nigeria. The first step is to look for an agent who is knowledgeable with vast contact in the solid mineral sector to assist you to look for lands that have deposits of the particular mineral of choice.
Let us look at the ways through which one can acquire a mining site for the purpose of carrying out mining operations in Nigeria. There are three major ways through which land-bearing minerals can be acquired in Nigeria. An intending miner can acquire mining sites through any of the following ways:
a. Partnership Model
b. Land Leasing Model
c. Buying of Land Model

a. PARTNERSHIP MODEL
A new entrant with a low budget can acquire a mining site for the purpose of mining through the partnership model. To the uninitiated, this may sound challenging, but in actual practice, it is not as difficult as it appears. To acquire a mining site is actually very easy with little expenditure, actionable information, and the right contacts. There are many sites with huge mineral deposits and valid licenses that are waiting to be mined.
This budget covers the Cola nut fee, Agents' fee, and legal fee for the MOU.
In conclusion, therefore, it is hoped that with this Partnership Model of Mining, the participants will acquire experience and raise enough capital to acquire their own sites, procure licenses and upgrade to medium-scale miners.

b. LAND LEASING MODEL:
Leasing of land is the second way through which a mining site can be acquired.

Buying land with mineral deposits is the third method of acquiring a mining site. This is suitable for those with financial capacity. However, buying lands with mineral deposits is not as easy as the first two methods of acquiring sites. This is because it is not every time that such lands are available for sale. And even when they are available for sale, information about it might not be so available. You can only know about it through the small circle of people within that particular mineral sub-sector.
Prices of mineral lands are determined by a lot of factors such as size, location, and the condition of the seller. Some owners may not know about the existence of such mineral deposits in the land and that also will influence the price. Buying of lands is for medium and large-scale operators. One good thing about buying the land is that after the mining operations, you can also reclaim the land and use it for other purposes.

NB
You are to register with the State’s Ministry of Mineral Resources once you have your Mining License. But the procedure does not cost much.

Religion / Pastors Now Use Crystals To Acquire Psychic Powers (Photos) by kudosamass(m): 9:57pm On Mar 28, 2021
THE USE OF CRYSTALS FOR PSYCHIC POWER DEVELOPMENT
There is a growing trend among spiritual practitioners, especially pastors in the use of crystals for Psychic Power acquisition and development. This is as a result of the effectiveness and lack of side effects in the use of crystals for energy healing, manifestations, and other practices that have to do with crystals.
According Energy and Crystal Healing literatures, everybody has a degree of psychic ability, just as everybody has a degree of athletic or artistic ability. Some people have special gifts; others have particular interests that lead them to develop their abilities. But the phenomenon is engrained in the human person.
Psychic power is the ability to use extrasensory perception (ESP) to identify and use information hidden from the normal senses, particularly involving telepathy (The ability to transmit or receive thoughts supernaturally), and clairvoyance (the power to see the future or to see things that other people cannot see); or to perform acts that are apparently unexplainable by natural laws. There are many psychic abilities such as aura reading, astral projection, clairvoyance, retrocognition, divination, telepathy, etc.
Crystals are highly energetic tools and allies for spiritual growth, psychic awareness, and development. Amethyst helps clear and open the Third Eye and Crown Chakras. It helps to awaken your psychic abilities, especially clairvoyance. Lapis Lazuli enhances your intuition and opens your Third Eye Chakra. It connects with cosmic energies and astrological knowledge. Clear Quartz aids you to receive psychic messages and gives you greater clarity with your psychic vision.
Zircon is a highly spiritual crystal that helps in the development of psychic abilities and spiritual powers. Zircon has intense spiritual energies that will bring down powerful spiritual energies from the higher realm to the lower realm where they can be channeled to desired use by the practitioner.
Moonstone helps you to develop your sensitivity to energies and powers. It enhances your intuition. It helps you to receive messages in your dreams. Spirit Quartz enhances all metaphysical abilities. It facilitates the transition between different brainwave states, heightening awareness and psychic perception. Citrine, apart from being a prosperity crystal is a spiritual stone linked to the higher consciousness that facilitates the opening of higher awareness and psychic abilities. Black Tourmaline and Smoky Quartz protect you against other negative energies that might be interfering with your activities.
Azurite is one of the most powerful Third Eye stones, and helps initiate powerful visions and enhances various psychic abilities such as clairvoyance (clear-seeing), clairaudience (clear-hearing), and claircognizance (clear-knowing). This is the perfect stone for any aspiring medium, Tarot or oracle reader, Vision Seer, etc. It acts as a two-way antenna, amplifying and broadcasting your intention, as well as helping you channel messages and Light from the Universe to the desired location.
Calcite revitalizes your psychic abilities. Pyrite’s grounding energy helps you find a balance between this world and the invisible one. White Topaz’s grounding energy also helps you to find a balance between this world and the invisible one. And lastly, Sapphire (the kings & Queens’ Stone) is a wisdom crystal that helps to align the physical, mental and spiritual powers, and also helps to channel high-frequency spiritual energies to where they are needed for specific needs. It is a very powerful Crystal.
Experts in this field say Psychic practitioners and aspiring Psychic practitioners need to have the aforementioned crystals around themselves and their environment so as to be attuned to their vibrational powers and energies all the time. They can be put on a Crystal Table at the Conner of the house, or inside a bowel or plate, but not locked in a bottle. They can also be placed in the office, car, or even carried in a bag or purse.
Many practitioners argue that one good thing about using crystals for Psychic development is that it has no side effects because crystals are natural creations that are even captured in the Holy Bible and other Holy books. Crystals and Gemstones were mentioned over 200 times in the Bible. In the Book of Exodus 39:10-13, the Bible describes how the breastplate worn by the Leviticus High Priest contained 12 Crystals which include, Turquoise, Lapiz Lazuri, Topaz, Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond, Agate, Amethyst, Beryl, Onyx, Jasper, and Carbuncle. Also see the Bible Book of Revelation 21:11, & 18-20, where it states that God's Heavenly City, New Jerusalem is built on the foundations of Crystals. The buildings of the walls were of Jasper, Sapphire, Emerald, Chrysolite, Beryl, Topaz, Yellow Quartz(Citrine), Amethyst, etc. The significance of using crystals for the foundation of the New Jerusalem is to show the protective powers of crystals.

Nigeria is a Land flowing with milk and honey!
A detailed eight years of research have shown that the magnitude of gems, crystals, and precious stone deposits in Nigeria can dwarf crude oil revenue and create unimaginable wealth for all players in the sector. Enjoy the report below:

The magnitude of untapped Gemstone deposits in Nigeria is simply mind-blowing! The volume of wealth in the unexplored precious stone reserves in Nigeria is beyond belief!
Nigeria has the largest Gemstone deposits in the World, but this explosive information has remained a secret due to the unavailability of information on the exact locations of these deposits. But this Report, The Trillion Dollar Gemstone Deposits in Nigeria has bridged that gap in information.
The gigantic vastness of Gem deposits in Nigeria can only be imagined. The words, "TRILLION DOLLAR" in the title of the Report is not an exaggeration, but a euphemistic choice of words for lack of better phraseology to accurately depict and describe the staggering quantum of Gemstone reserves in Nigeria.
The Report is a compass guide to all the locations in Nigeria where these treasures are deposited. From the States to the Local Government Areas, and down to the localities where these Gems are found are detailed in Chapter Two. Religion / Why I Buried Crystals Under My Altar & In The Foundation Of My Church- Pastor by kudosamass(m): 5:17pm On Apr 25, 2020
Crystal dealers like medical doctors and native doctors see and hear lots of things. In all my years in the mining and selling of crystals and gems, nothing surprised me like the reason given by a pastor customer for the practice whereby pastors burry crystals in the foundation of their churches and under their Altars.

I know that in ancient history, Crystals and Gemstones were used to fortify and protect great palaces, temples, castles, lodges, sanctuaries, and shrines. But in recent times, the practice has assumed an advanced dimension whereby great pastors and priests spend tons of money buying Crystals for use in laying the foundations of their church buildings and in some cases, their Altars.

Ever inquisitive to know the uses of the crystals and gems my customers buy from me, I asked this very rich pastor customer of mine why he spends so much money on buying Crystals only to have them buried in the ground. He simply asked me to read the Bible Book of Revelation 21:11, & 18-20, where it states that God's Heavenly City, New Jerusalem is built on foundations of Crystals. The buildings of the walls were of Jasper, Sapphire, Emerald, Chrysolite, Beryl, Topaz, Yellow Quartz(Citrine), Amethyst, etc.

The reverend gentlemen went on to specifically inform me that the inclusion of Black Tourmaline in all the foundations of his new church branches and Altars was because of the unparallelled properties of Black Tourmaline to repel negative energies. And that different vibrational energies come to church, hence the need to fortify the Church to repel the negative ones!

Well, I am not a Christian Religious expert. I am just a miner and seller of crystals and gems who sell to anyone willing to pay. Do you think that these Bible verses and the over 200 places where crystals and gemstones are mentioned in the Bible are enough authority for the practice?

THE ORIGIN OF CRYSTAL HEALING
The practice and use of Crystals and Gemstones for healings; and for satisfying the numerous metaphysical and spiritual needs of man dates back to ancient history. It spans thousands of centuries, cultures, religions and philosophies. Throughout human civilization, Crystals and Gemstones have been used by great empires around the World as symbols of power, wealth and ornamentations. But their real purpose and sacred powers transcended their physical beauty.

For centuries, man used Crystals both as ornaments and functionally for medicine, healings, rituals, meditations, protection, offerings, gifts, and currency. In the old Babylonian empire, soldiers, and generals carried amulets made of red stones and crystals for protections and victory at the battlefields. Sailors also carried Aquamarine to calm the high sea and ensure a safe return home. Likewise, Greek soldiers and sailors of the old wore crystal amulets to make themselves invulnerable in battle and to keep them safe at the sea respectively.

Ancient Egyptians used Crystals for protection, power, health, and love. Egyptians used Emerald, Topaz, Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, Amethyst and Lapis Lazuri. The great Egyptian Queen, Cleopatra for instance, was said to have used Amethyst and Rose Quartz rings to seduce two powerful Roman generals, Julius Ceasar and Mark Anthony. Till today, it is believed by Roman women that wearing Amethyst and Rose Quartz would ensure the faithfulness and devotion of their husbands and lovers.

In the Holy Koran, a Hadith from Imam Ridha states, "Whosoever wears a turquoise ring will never become dependent" (Huliayt Al-Mutaqeen Baqir Al-Majlasi) Also, in Islamic Shia literature, there are numerous ahadith on the benefits of Crystals and Gemstones, including Aqeeq /Aqiq (Agate). Imam Ali Al-Ridha says, "Aqeeq takes away poverty and dissolves differences from one's heart" (Huliayt Al-Mutaqeen Baqir Al-Majlasi) Furthermore, in the book, Islam: The Absolute Truth by Jameel Kermalli, it says, "In Islam, a tradition states that Ali used to wear four rings on his hands- Opal (Yaqut) for beauty and dignity; Turquoise (Feruz) for obtaining Divine help and victory; Hadid Thin for strength, and Carnelian (Aqiq) to protect himself from enemies and all types of misfortune."

In the Middle Ages and Medival Europe, the use of Crystal for healings and protection was very popular. For instance, between 1151 and 1161, the Catholic Nun, Physician, and consultant to the Pope, Saint Hildegard wrote two medical treatises known in English as Book of Simple Medicine and Book of Composed Medicine where she documented the vibrational energies and healing properties of Crystals and their uses.

Furthermore in Rennaisance Europe, in 1232, Hubert de Burgh, the Chief Political and Legal Officer of Henry III was accused of stealing a crystal gem from the King's treasury which would make the wearer invincible and given it to Llewellyn, the King of Wales and Henry's enemy. Switzerland, Belgium, and even Mesopotamia and South America used Crystals in magic formulas, protections, healings; and to raise their vibrations, reduce stress and transform negative energies to positive energies.

The use of Crystals cut across all cultures and religions as stated in the first paragraph. Ancient Sumerian priests had a popular saying, "He who carries with him into battle an amulet of Lapis Lazuli carries with him the presence of God." Tibetan monks used Crystal Quartz as holy objects of great power. In Taoism, Quartz Crystals are called the "Gems of Enlightenment." Alexander The Great wore large collections of Emerald during his numerous battles to ensure victory, while St. Valentine was said to wear rings of Amethyst and Rose Quartz. In ancient India, Shah Jahan who built the Taj Mahal wore Emeralds which was believed to bring good luck and protection. And in Japan, Quartz Crystals were considered to represent the heart of the dragon which symbolized power and wisdom.

Also in ancient and modern history, Crystals and Gemstones were used to fortify and protect great palaces, temples, castles, sanctuaries, and shrines. In recent times, great pastors and priests adopted the same practices. Modern pastors and priests spend tons of money buying Crystals for use in laying the foundations of their church buildings. I once asked one rich pastor customer of mine why he spends so much money on buying Crystals only to have them buried in the ground. The reverend gentlemen specifically told me that the inclusion of Black Tourmaline in all the foundations of his new church branches was because of the unparallelled properties of Black Tourmaline to repel negative energies.

In conclusion, most of the modern practices of the use of Crystals for healings, protections, meditations, manifestations, etc were drawn from ancient traditions which have gained wide popularity in recent times due to experimentations, channeling; and availability of many books on the subject, coupled with the cornucopia of free information on the internet.
