[size=14pt]This is a Vehicle dismantling project that was handled by some of my colleagues here.
This particular container left earlier this week. It consists of about 25 cars dismantled.

Also loaded are: 2003 Camry. 2001 Tundra and 2000 Corolla

Vehicle dismantling is a particularly difficult and time consuming project. The most time consuming is sourcing and locating the vehicles to be dismantled.

Entire process takes about 3 months. Roughly about 2 months for the sourcing, dismantling and loading. The rest of the time for the container to get to Naija.[/size]

These are the typical cost associated with a container:

Dismantling: $275/car
Loading:       $1,500/container
Shipping:      $4,500
Storage:       $600/month
Service Fee:  $3,000



[size=14pt]The total cost of the container really depends on the contents. It will cost less to load Honda Allah as opposed to loading EOD or Bullet. But overall, it will cost roughly $35,000-$40,000 for a complete container with "regular" cars like 1990-1992 Honda Allah or Camry for a total of about 25 vehicles in the container.

[size=16pt]This Truck was owned by the American Pro- Football Player Clinton Portis. It was auctioned off on Thursday Sep. 9th in the Memory of another fallen football player Sean Taylor.


Sean Taylor was shot in his home by intruders on Nov. 27, 2007. He was only 24.

Truck has a custom paintjob. 30" Ashanti Wheels wrapped with 305-35-30 Tires.

As much as i don't care for big wheels, this truck was done with a touch of class. The paint job is outstanding.
