In the US, the 2004 manual Nissan Frontier is hard to come by but not impossible. Toyota Tacoma doesn't introduce the manual double cabin until 2008. 2004 Frontier Double Cabin will set you back around N2m if you so chose to pre-order from the US just in case you cant find what you are looking for out there.
