^^^ I think 5-6 days is very good before you use your new blocks, also make sure they use the right qty of sand per bag of cement. Some block makers steal some cement and then augument the qty you asked for by mixing more sand and less cement. Inspect them and insist they make 30-32 blocks per bag for 9" hollow, 42-43 blocks for 6" hollow and 33-34 for 6" solid blocks

this i did with my dad in the 80s
with 50kg bag of cement and 3 full wheel barrow loads of sand, you will make 23-25bags of 9" and 32-35 of 6".
that is the standard measurement.

you need 21 days curing time before selling you blocks standard reqmt
with your 5 days i disagree with usage and i will never allow it on my project
