We are 22 weeks plus and cravings has greatly reduced.

I'm just a little relieved that almost 20 weeks and morning sickness just reduced.....i plan to order my baby things January Ending from china so it can arrive before may. I do import and that's how I usually buy my kids things unless it's urgent. But I'm extremely tired ..this pregnancy is making me so tired. God will help us ..I'm half way already

#TeamMay# how are we digging it? How can one tell the gender of a child through a scan result. Heard some persons are expert in it without being a doctor

I checked mine last week Friday but I wanted to be very sure because I am still going to do it in another radio diagnostic center

My next antenatal is 18th January 2023. I no sure say i get patience to wait till then. Because I want to start picking somethings.

You can start picking but you leave the clothes till when you are sure about the gender. I started buying things small small since October.

Mama, hmmm. I drink water as if there's an issue. I'm even afraid if i'm taking excess water. May God see us through.

I'm 18wks and 4days. I don't know if i can see my baby gender now or should I wait till 20th of this month to make us 5months. kpere.

The matter tire me, I drink up to 15 sachets of water a day. My co-workers are just looking at me like what is wrong with this one.
We marked 19weeks yesterday but I want to wait till my ante-natal date which is 22nd of this month before I check. It is well with us mama

Good morning mamas, please I need your help. My 2 years and 2 months old toddler is yet to be potty trained. I've tried putting him on the potty severally, he'll stay for a minute and stand up any attempt to force him to stay longer will result in serious tears. He can identify his potty, he even carries it but he will never use it. I changed tactics and tried teaching him the words poopoo and wee-wee so he can say them when he's pressed but he still hasn't learnt the words. I don't even know when he wants to poo or wee as he hardly gives a sign, most times it's from the smell I know that he has poo. I stopped wearing diapers for him at home when he gets back from school and he goes on the floor without stress making my house a mess. Sometimes I just wear it for him if I don't have strength to clean.
I feel like I don't even know what I'm doing. I need help, he's a big toddler and the size 5 diaper is beginning to get small for him. Has anybody gone through this? How can I achieve a better result?

If your boy has started schooling, you can seek the help of his teacher and try to gift her once in a while, she will do more than expected. My daughter's teacher helped a lot with that, and now she will just go where her potty is and do her business.

Team May 2023, how are we doing? We should be in our 13th, 12th, 11th and10th weeks. As for me, I am in my 13th week and some of the wahala that comes with first trimester is leaving one after the other. I wish all preggie mamas easy journey and safe delivery in Jesus name.

Monitor your blood pressure and PCV levels...
Try to always stay hydrated with enough water and eat small portions of food overtime
You should have started taking folic acid and fesolate by now I guess... Just try to be consistent with the multivitamins

Know your limits with work, rest when you need to. Try not to over work yourself
