I got my visa refusal letter by email finally but I am so disappointed with the reason given for my refusal. It's like the visa officer didn't go through the supporting documents I added with my application form.
Has anyone ever made a complain about their refusal decision to UKVI or home office even after they stated no appeal or adminstrative review?

Good day everyone....@Giselle and other gurus in the house pls help me on what to do..I just received a refusal mail now stating that I used non genuine statement I'm 100% sure that the statement is genuine because it's my personal savings account nd I collected both reference and the statement from the gtb close to ikeja tls...Pls what should I do? I got an email yesterday by TLS contact yesterday that a decision has been made on my application and my documents are ready for pickup. After picking up my visa, I didn't see a visa not a refusal note.
Is this their new way?
Has anyone had this experience?
How do I get my refusal note because no attachment came with my email?

please I got a refuser email but they state I work for ministry of defense, and that was not what was fill in my application form I work with Hawaii company, so I guess they have misinterpreted my application please house what can I do

Good morning gurus in the house..pls can someone tell me how to retrieve my passport from these people�Today made it 41 working days. I submitted since 27th of Nov I didn't get a response so I called on the 22nd of December and I was that a decision has been made that if ddnt get any mail to pick up my passport by end of the week I should call again the following Monday..I waited till that monday I made another call and I was told my application has been escalated and will get a response 15days after..fast forward to last week Tuesday I called again and the lady i spoke with told me same story that a decision has been made and she ll escalate my case to return my documents..over a week now haven't received any pick up mail. I'm tired of waiting endlessly ooo what could actually be wrong and who has experienced this b4��� ps: have been to TSL ikeja three times to check if my passport is with them but to no avail.

Pls I need your assistant, I applied for UK visa but was denied base in deception on statement of account, I was refuse under paragraph V3.6. It over a week I got the mail but yet my passport is not ready for collection. My agent sent a mail to them and this is their reply below


Dear Customer,
Thank you for your inquiry.

We kindly inform you despite the fact, that Decision on your visa has been made, UK Visas & Immigration may have not sent it to the Visa Application Centre. Once we receive the information about your application from UK Visas & Immigration department, your TLScontact profile will be updated and you will get an email notification stating that your passport is ready for collection

Please reply to this message within 15 days if you need additional information or clarification regarding your request

Visas aren't "renewed". You apply for another one.
Follow the exact same process you followed to obtain the previous visa.
