Hello everyone, it's another day to write about another wonderful topic and this time around I'll be focusing on the girls and the so many things we do wrong while conversing with someone especially on social media.
First, I didn't just wake up to write this. I saw a very captivating post about a guy saying why he would rather chat with a foreign girl than a Nigerian girl (picture below) and it got me wondering..what did we do so wrong?

In my last post, I talked about how to know if you're a boring conversationalist, well, turns out most guys think Nigerian girls are clearly BORING online!
So I did some research and I've been able to put together the different things Nigerian girls do wrong in a conversation.
1.Everyone is a suspect!
This couldn't be more true. To a Nigerian girl, once you say 'hi' and your number isn't saved on her contact list... you're an automatic suspect. For all she knows, you could be a kidnapper or simply someone trying to woo her. Girls, let's calm down. Not everyone who says hi wants to take you to the alter, some just wants to make friends. Funny enough, the very first thing a girl ask when you tell her 'hi' is 'who gave you my number '?... without a reply whatsoever, it doesn't go well with the guys. Settle, be friendly and make them relax, that way, your question will be answered even without you asking. And guys, really, try to be less suspicious. You get a girl's number for the first time and chat her up..cool.. introduce yourself first and do not give her reasons to be someone you'll hate!.

2.Can't keep up conversation.
It's typical of most Nigerian girls to expect the guy to keep the conversation going. To them, if you wanna chat, you have to come up with all chat ideas. That's wrong!. It's a two way thing. I've been opportune to see different chats of Nigerian guys with foreign girls and honestly, it is DIFFERENT!. The girl should put in just as much effort as the guy in a conversation, do not chat like a robot, be lively and bring up interesting topics to talk about. BUT...guys let's be honest, most girls intentionally ignore your chats because you keep talking about perverted things and keep repeating things..see this;
Lol... I have seen this way too much.... For me the fact that I am a lazy texter... I hate small talks actually too... Most times I rather not even chat or start a conversation if we keep asking or talking about the same thing everyday (how you doing and your day?)... Most guys don't even know how to hold a conversation... The talk so dumb...especially does ones that have not even gotten to a limit of closeness with you.... WTF what are you wearing?? Tell me more about yourself... Uncle what exactly do you want to know.. I miss you.. Do you miss me Someone you barely know.. What the you want me to reply Biko..
So the above statement was made by a concerned Nigerian girl over the too much complains about Nigerian girls. Nigerian girls are mostly disciplined and if they sense any act showing you're a pervert, you're off the conversation.

3.Easily look down on a person.
This one is bad... actually, almost everyone does it. You get a chat and the next thing you do is look at the profile picture to see the kind of person it is. If they don't come off as too rich or handsome..it's off. Nigerian girls will automatically ignore someone if they are not too good looking and financially stable...it doesn't speak well.

4. Seem desperate at first chat!
This is done by few actually . I still don't understand if it's a way of testing your capabilities or just pure desperation but asking someone you just met online for help is not a good act to depict. Having the mindset that anybody who comes your way is definitely one to take to the slaughter is a very bad mindset and a total turnoff. And guys really need to stop showing off.

5.you chat like you're doing them a favor.
Lastly, chatting with someone is not doing them a favour, it's a choice and they're not getting paid for it. Don't chat with someone and make them feel like you're doing them a favour by giving your time, they're giving theirs too.

I would go on and on but I intend to make this as short as possible. In conclusion, we should be more accommodating. Give these guys benefit of the doubt and make our conversations something to look forward to not something to dread!
Stop 'k...ng' someone. The 'k' word is annoying and greatly disheartening....
