The latest Nollywood actress to earn the 'Controversial title' Halima Abubakar who just days ago got blasted for her post about her virginity on Instagram says she does not understand why people are mad because she said she was a virgin and that the fact that she is an actress does not mean she is sexaully active. The actress made this known in a recent interview with PUNCH, she says

“Why would people become annoyed because I said I am a virgin? Just because I’m in the industry does not mean I am badly behaved. Not everyone is sexually active. You can have a boyfriend and not be sexually active. The reaction I got shows the mentality of the people. If I say I’m a virgin, I am and if I say I am not, then I am not. They tell me to go get married, should I go after someone else’s husband?”

Everybody thinks one should get married from age 18. A lot of marriages are complicated. Marriage will come when it will come, one doesn't need to force it. People are getting divorced with pregnancies because they got married under pressure. We should let people be. People are saying if you are not getting married, go and get kids because menopause is approaching. What kind of thing is that? Is it your menopause? I still have about nine years before I hit menopause all things being equal. I am not one of those people that will kill themselves because of marriage. I can’t have kids outside marriage.”

No publicity is bad publicity they say. Nollywood's most controversial actress Toyin Aimakhu who has been in the news lately for both good and bad deeds has has found out how to make good cash from her popularity, the pretty actress is set to launch her very own line of emojis called ‘Teemoji'.

The subscription based Toyin Aimakhu - themed emoji app is a collection of replications of many of Toyin’s unique facial expressions matched with everyday local phrases and parlance in Yoruba Language. This unique emojis would allow users express themselves in more fun and relatable ways.

Good to know she always finds a way to rise high above the many controversies that trail her.

This is what happens when kids are filled with curiosity. A little minster on a shopping spree with his parents decided to find out by himself what's beneath a mannequin's dress and how they pee if they ever did want to pee. He proceeded to take a peek and stick his hand up its skirt.

The pictures were taken and shared online by an unnamed passer-by who was visiting the shopping centre in the city of Ulyanovsk, in central Russia's Ulyanovsk Oblast region.

Witnesses say the kid took his time with the mannequin and appeared to be enjoying himself while his parents were engrossed in shopping.

After satisfying his curiosity, the boy returned to his mother, who was at the till - buying a very similar dress.

A Catholic Priest in Ghana Rev. Dominic Yamoah, was arrested on Saturday morning in the US after he allegedly tried to persuade an undercover source to perform sexual acts in exchange for money. Fremont County Sheriff’s deputies arrested him and he now faces solicitation charges.

Yamoah who is aged 40 serves as a priest at the St. Clare Parish in Clarinda and St. Joseph Parish in Villisca. Roman Catholic officials say he has now been suspended from public ministry after discussing his arrest on Saturday in Hamburg with Bishop Richard Pates. A statement released says Yamoah very sincerely regrets his actions.

Nollywood veteran actress Clarion Chukwurah who recently got married to her beau Anthony Boyd has started her journey to be baptized and join the evangelical ministry of Jehovah’s Witnesses as her husband.
