One thing I know is that you can't learn something if you don't love it... I used to be very good at math in primary school and early high school days... But at a point later in the same high school I found myself uninterested in math like I used to...
I stopped enjoying it, I stop putting interest in any math related topics.. and that was how I became math illiterate... Right now I can't even right my name when it comes to mathematics.
My advice is make the young ones fall in love with math first, love can move mountains.

My girlfriend added a sworn hater of mine on Facebook where he was on his own jeje minding his own business... Her excuse was that (she thought he was her friend's fiance abi husband I can't remember) they both got pretty close.
But.. What really hits me real hard was one night at a bar with the nigga,,, we were both sitting backing each other so dude didn't know I was behind him... So I overheard him bragging to his friends that "my girlfriend was too cheap that she was the one that asked him out and he's hitting her mercilessly (maybe he was drunk that night I don't know and dude has a really loud voice)
Mehn damn.. I gotta admit that was the biggest insult of my whole life, coz almost everyone around there knew the said girl and they also knew she was my girlfriend... Cos I was f*cking proud of her and showed her off quite often...
The disrespect I felt that night was legendary... This happened in the presence of my friends and foes... In front of folks who have really high respect for me. The guys I was with after seeing the deep humiliation on my face requested for my permission to go burst his head with few bottles to shut him up..
I told them it wasn't necessary... That we should be civilized, What would people say hearing we did that to some dude over a "girl"? Noo That's not my style.. I'm from the street and It would have been a further insult to me and my reputation!

dude there is always an insider in any Bank robbery.... That's my point, it must not be the Branch manager...it might be just a regular employee with enough knowledge about the branch.. But it's more likely to be the branch manager than anyone else.

Yes the BM knows virtually all that happens in the branch minus the cash aspect because he has absolutely no business with the amount of cash in the vault and the movement of such cash, especially during business hours. If 12 million is vaulted out in the morning, are you saying the BM has to know when a customer collects 50naira from it or when 10m is withdrawn? No, because he is busy doing reports and pursuing his own 1billion target + he is just not told.

He mostly only gets to know cash movement from the branch's balance sheet, because BMs don't like their branch money going down.

Branch head of ops reports to the regional head of ops and also gets necessary approvals from him. Only simple issues are sent to the BM for approval. In fact in a 'normal' branch, BM and Head of OPs are never friends. And one person alone (Head of Ops included) can never enter the vault.
