I didn't want to add extra flour, to avoid losing some taste, so I roll them up and put them in a muffin pan, and baked @ 150-160 degrees Celsius (my electric oven tend to be very hot) for 20-25mins.

And that was how I ended up making muffin pan shortcakes.
