I'm sorry for your predicament, but going to inform anyone without proper examination of the child is not the best way to handle this issue. My advise are as follows
1. Do a DNA test first.
2. If she is not yours, free your mind and seek God's forgiveness.
3. If you turn out to be the father after the DNA test, do as follows:
(i.) Inform your middle brother of what actually transpired. So, from there you could know what to do next
(ii.) Let your wife not be the first person you informed but your immediate elder brother.
THAT'S MY 2 cent though.
As for your wife's miscarriage, I can help you on that by the grace of GOD if you need help from me.
