Use your Admin officer experience for the EE profile

Admit you were once denied a visa.

After you get ITA, ensure you mention your online company in your personal history and use the exact same dates of ownership and operation as you used for TRV so you would not be faulted for omission or misrepresentation.

If there were time overlaps for both, add an LOE that you were working as an admin officer while you owned your online company. It is believable because online jobs are flexible and can be combined with other activities. Also, because of the bad economy, many own side businesses, while working full time and even running a degree, it is normal. I had time overlaps like this and explained it that way.
Kjoy:
Hello,

So before I got married I applied for a study visa a while back and was denied. Reason was generic "I'm not sure you will leave Canada after your studies and Employment situation"( I had an online company which crashed eventually after a while).

I was also working somewhere then as an Admin Officer earning a meagre sum in cash but in my TRV application I used my online company as work experience that was before it crashed.

Now I want to create my EE profile but I'd like to claim points with the place I was working then. It will give me 3years exactly as my online business.

I don't know what to do because I'd let them know that I was denied a visa while filling the form. They'd likely go through my TRV application because it should still be the same UCI number during background check and my work experience won't match.

Please what do I do guys cos I can't disappoint my spouse. I have to make this work at least for my spouse.

Thank you for you advice.

I couldn't find your original post on part-time work question. Are you an FSW outland applicant? If yes, part-time work during your university can be used for EE as long as it meets the stipulations on CIC website. If you worked 15 hours per week, then 2 years part time work equals to one year full time 30 hours per week work experience. So if you worked 15 hours for 4 years, that is equal to 2 years full time work. If you add it to your current one year full time experience, you can have 3 years experience.
Don't worry, you're very close to getting ITA

Hmm! Sis, from what you have typed, I guess you are still pre-AOR or fresh post-AOR. If you have experienced the long tortorous wait, you won't talk like this @bold. This application is one of the most life-changing application one can ever go through, you can't move forward or backward, you can't buy new car, rent/buy new house, change house appliances to your taste, go on vacation anyhow, change kids schools as you would like, organise dream wedding, to pay children school fees will be paining you etc because you just can't touch that pof anyhow, you keep managing, more like self-induced poverty in case PPR comes anytime soon, God forbid you're robbed or financial emergency befall you in the middle of the wait. Or if you're frustrated with your current job and don't want to go through the stress of changing jobs since you'll repeat the same job search process for Canny but what do I know? The constant mental decision-based dilemma you through daily because you don't know the outcome of VO's decision or when the decision will get to you is one that can't be explained, only experienced firsthand. I hope the wait is easy on you.
And applicants have a right to express their concerns via CSE or any other means, albeit in a respectful tone. I can't start saying all the cases, but I have seen where applicants write heartfelt legitimate plea and get ghost update the next couple of days, then PPR.

kiari:

You have no right whatsoever to Express your concern to the Canadian government, they didn't force you to apply for their program in as much as they need economic immigrants, 80% of applications get ppr on or before 6 months? The other 20% get 8-14months later, so you are among the latter, did you credit their account with your pof?

you gotta roll with the punches of their process, slow or fast, they have the right to pick the best economic immigrants for their country, so before applying for their so called Express Entry knowing they may put your file in Accra, you should get you get you ducks in a row, have a plan A, B,C...don't put all your eggs in one basket because they might reject your application, so whatchu gon do? Sue them for not letting you into their country? cool shebi your pof is still in your account? So why the fuss? They will give you your ppr or not... Y'ALL STOP COMPLAINING AND GET BUSY ALREADY, URRGGH... angry

She can’t do anything else. She needs to ask her brother for the login details of her CIC account. That’s the only way to verify.

Neoviper147:
Good day.
Please, is there any other way to verify someone's process status?
My Girlfriends Brother applied the Canada express entry for my girlfriend for the past 8 months now and no result has come.
They dont tell her anything, each time she ask, they dont give her any information, they keep telling her to wait.
She is no more sure if they actually applied for her. Please, is there any other way of bypassing her brother to check her status?

Oh no! What’s your crs score? How easy is it for you to get ITA? I came late to the thread. If you get ITA again, the delayed doc is not Pof, and something like this happens, submit, a week or 2 weeks later, raise a CSE and upload that document, it would be acknowledged and added. All the best.
TYPOP:

Thank you so much. The delay was due to circumstances beyond my control.

I'll decline the ITA. I can only hope for another ITA in the nearest future.

Vielen Dank! Vielen Dank! Bros you sabi this thing! I tell some here that I’m now a Canadian PR and they’re so shocked, like just like that? One even asked me if I married a Canadian to get it grin he think say na Deutschland grin
Unfortunately, most are not motivated to do EE. The country has a way of making some believe in false promises of stability because of their strong external economic reputation, when in reality, the struggle internally can be hellish because of Ausländer Behörde. You will see those who suffered many years just to get PR saying “stay here” “stay here” as if they will help you when your suffer reach grin grin one international student even told me “Germany has better welfare benefits” I told her “are you benefiting the benefits? stay there dey defend country wey no send you?“ grin grin
Of course we go still hustle for Canny, no easy way or shortcut but it’s preferable in a more familiar language, a territory that celebrates diversity and a land that respect the blacks a bit better.

I join you in prayers o. You will get PPR and come to Canny soon, please don’t listen to naysayers, let’s keep in touch.
Chriswazo:
Wow! LadyMarshall I specially congratulate u, mehn is not an easy feat.

I tap into ur blessings already and thank God for His kindness on u.

Honestly, Canada is very amazing with this their PR process, wetin men d see and hustle for pr for Germany here no really easy, Kai!
Men de by force learn language and cram IT and program codes, yet the road no too straight.

Herzliche Willkommen in Canada

Right! And not getting sacked years before you apply for it. The worst is the WP that ties you to your employer, instead of the general one.

That applies to every other country except Canada. If you’re in Canny and apply for EE and are required to do biometrics, you have to travel back to your home country or anywhere else. There’s no place to do it in Canada.
Based on the experiences of past applicants

This week has gone by. Sadly nothing. It just shows one thing that has always been, CIC is too unpredictable in an annoying way. I’d be careful with predictions. Are you pre-ITA? I’m praying and rooting for you. I wish you the best.
chanceux:
It was only May of this year that they didn't do a draw after FST. Check 2018 & 2017, there were draws either 1 week before FST or a week after FST.

That's where our hope is anchored on

Faith works but timing and action is everything! You might miss an opportunity you may never get back. You have no control over whether the scores come down or not. You have control over ways to boost your scores. Work on what you can control.
The scores for now will keep getting high. I know some 25years olds with 3 years experience, sibling points, POF and a BSC, just waiting to write CIMA or BCS IT. Even with 8777, their scores will get them ITA at 480+
More young people are entering the pool, more sibling are giving out sibling points, more people are getting nominations, more people are knowing of Canada EE.
Also increasing the quota of invitations has no effect on the CRS scores. If 5000 people are in the pool with 470+ scores and the government invites 4000, if you like have faith from now till tomorrow, if you’re on 440, you won’t get that ITA. Positivity is great but it pays to be realistic and exhaust one’s options NOW!
chanceux:
Lol I understand your concerns, but this PPR race is all about faith.

The liberals promised an increase in the quota for immigration to about 350k. The implication is that they might increase the draw size to 4k per each draw. If this is the case then the cut off can't be sustained at 470 or so. It'll come down to 450's.

Nothing is certain, we only act by faith. Isn't it better for her to get ready so that she jumps into the poll once the score starts coming down? Than to miss it completely??

Remember this quote "If we try, we might win, if we don't try we have LOST"

I love your determination sis. I’m praying for ITA for you soonest kiss
Eraytee:
Yes you are right but only if you understand what PNP entails, NOC/relative in those provinces is a major thing. I happen to be in the category of those whose NOC is not in demand, have submitted EOI to some provinces but am falling short of that relative point (wich makes you competitive in their pool). If your NOC falls in 2113/2212 You will understand better. The above NOCs is where I have my JD. So people like us don’t rest until we exhaust all points we can get.

You can do either.
Yes, family house can cover your uni days if it’s in the same state. If not, use the Uni address for your years of schooling.
If you served in a different state, use the address of that state for that year
Phaytie:
Pls, I have searched the threads and did not find an answer to my question.

Please, I want to know whether I should fill in the address of the different states I did my NYSC and also the state I schooled as part of my address history, Post ITA? They are all within Nigeria.
Or do I just indicate my family house as my address for the past ten years, to cover the period I was in school since I still came back to the same family house during holidays.

Or does the address history cover times lived in different countries only.

Thank you. Your case has been reopened. It’s only a matter of time before you get PPR if the ADRs requested is in order. I’m confident because you have addressed the issues. In the meantime, email Ralph and raise gcms so an action on the file might be triggered. Don’t worry, PPR will come.

Let the person with the PhD degree be the PA if he or she is not above 35. It is a strong egde. Otherwise the young spouse with two or more certs should be the PA. Yes evaluate only PhD. Spouse ECA and ielts add more scores so it's a good idea to eval.

Hello house.

Do I need to evaluate the certificates of I and my wife for WES, even though I am the primary applicant? I intend we both write the ielts though.

Also evaluating a PhD alone without other degrees, would that be sufficient?
