this is what I think we should be talking about here...the price of cement should be cheaper in the open market as well..the current price in making the naira devalue....if we keep quite I bet you landlords will make this an excuse and increase rents this year, even those with old houses....I thought the main components for cement production are sourced locally. Why then this high cost of purchase?
