Been off the thread for some days due to constant bans by the spambot. As previously requested- please send important and urgent messages and complaints by email-don’t rely on the thread for replies. I have been banned 4 times this week. After 3 posts –the nairaland system usually gives a warning that one should be patient before posting again-BUT I am not sure what causes the bans-if you post a message on the thread-no guarantee I will reply on the thread-please send an email if its important.

All Emails replied by 9am Naija time-Sunday.

Contacting Us
Please don’t forget the 6 hour time difference (that will become 7 hours in a few weeks). If you call my phone at 9am Naija time for example-very unlikely that I will pick up (its 3am or 2am here). If you call on Sunday –very unlikely I will pick up.

ALL EMAILS ARE REPLIED SAME DAY. Same day could mean tomorrow in Nigeria. I am replying emails sent today (Saturday) for example and its already Sunday in Nigeria. If your email is not replied it means one or more of the following:
i) I didn’t get it. Please resend.
ii) I sent it and it has gone to your spam or bulk folder
iii) I am still sourcing for information that I need to reply your email. Efficiency and effectiveness in business means in part to do something once properly .

Winter is Coming
As the weather changes- pick ups on Craigslist will be limited. The cold and snow make driving tough during winter-there are many pick ups that WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO unless your seller is willing to bring it.

Ebay Purchases
If you have an ebay/amazon account of your own and can pay with your card or paypal-you can make your own orders. We charge:
Shipping (based on weight) + Commission per transaction.
Most laptops weigh 6 pounds to 9 pounds after packaging. 15.6 Laptops usually weigh about 7 pounds ($35).
Commission is $10 per item that comes in. If 10 Laptops come in at the same time-it is not $10 per laptop but $30. But if they come in at different times –it is $10 per laptop. Low priced items do not attract $10.

Shipping
Would like to apologise again to people who have been disappointed by shipping. Would like to explain again that WE DO NOT CONTROL SHIPPING. We reply on shippers who also rely on their carriers-so any date we give you will change if they change it.
If you ordered for something you will get it.
We ship several times a week now-using 3 shippers.
Average time to get to Nigeria is 12 to 14 days from date item is shipped-not date payment Is made. Many items take longer. IF AN ITEM Exceeds 30 days-we step in and compensate our customer as their success is our successes.

Commercial Orders
We have close to 50 laptops ordered by people who have not made arrangements to ship. Some have been here for over 3 months. This has made us incur cost to store these items at storage facilities. If you send an item to us and do not provide and give instructions to ship-we may have to charge you the cost of storing these items.

On ground in Nigeria? Nothing. All items paid for. But you can contact any agent in Lagos by posting on the thread. Several laptops with those specs came in in the last 1 to 2 weeks.

Why did he shared the post to his followers? He want let them know that lagtech has issue replying mails or what? Bros THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH. Infact very very very very very far from the truth. I reply over 150 emails and messages every day. Most people send a mail a day or everyother day. You send like 3 to 6 emails a day.
I reply mails EVERYDAY around 11 pm USA time (5am Naija time) at a long stretch and this is aside from dozens of replies during the day.
You can accuse us of many things-which we will be happy to correct or defend but not replying emails? Never never never -thats just not true.
I am reply over 3000 messages in a month-how many secretary wey dey siddon for 8 hours for office sef dey do that.
If you email and dont see a reply -check your junk or spam folder-or resend.
