Pick Ups
-Most of our recent replacement items have been delayed in part because of 100% inspections being carried out by US Customs on shipments by some of our shippers.
-First arrivals are here. Jimmy will be picking up today and will contact owners. Information from shippers indicate that other items will be available next week most likely. We apologise for this change in dates.
-Due to the delays-owners should expect to get their items as late as September 14th.
-Items expected to ship last week-could not and will ship on Wed Aug 26th.
-Refunds: Refunds have not been paid in part because of the delays we experienced. Most refunds have been sourced from the sales of some of our inventory. We will start again this week. All those not paid should expect payment starting within the next 14 days.
-We expect all undelievered laptops t be delivered from this week and within the month of September-all would be in the hands of their owners. We thus expect to start shipping/selling our inventory of laptops and phones after this. We will have some very nice i3, i5 laptops and blackberry/iphones for very cheap.

Update

We have several items pending arrival through Chinos-we expect the first set to be available this weekend. There should thus be several pick ups this weekend or early next week. Apologies for the delay.

Another set of items will be sent on Friday -including 20 laptops.
The final batch of items including 20 laptops will ship on the 30th.

Both of these shipments will land and be available between 31st and Sept 5th.
All in all-all pending items will be in Nigeria by August 31st-if not picked up-to be picked up within days.

We thus expect to owe no one any item after that date.

For refunds-we are working hard to ensure we balance everyone within this period. I appreciate everyone's patience.

As soon as we deliver all replacement items to their owners by next week or early September-we expect to unveil a batch of about 50 laptops and also phones, XBox , PS4 + a few other items. All these will be available as compensation for our customers affected by these challenges. The items will either have their prices heavily reduced or pay shipping only.

-Refunds to customers to continue this week. We expect everyone to be refunded within the next 3 weeks.
-If a tracking number is posted for your item-it has been delivered to shipper and should be in Nigeria within 1 to 2 weeks after that. Items shipped through a particular shipper may not have tracking number as those items are physically dropped off with the shipper-so not all customers will see tracking numbers.

Yet you haven't given me specific dates I may be receiving anything, pls, if I can't pick up even one laptop this month, I would rather have a monetary refund of 50000. I replied your email a few days ago . Why would pick those whose items I will replace. I cant give you an pentium M laptop if what you ordered is an Apple macbook. Replacement items are either items available or something the owner requested for.

In the month of August -you have sent me 6 emails-not a single one of them contained an ebay item number. All you kept saying was you wanted to pay for some items on ebay and later that you had sent the item numbers. My question was why you didnt just include the item number in any of the 6 emails you sent to me? You could also have put the item numbers in this post you put on the thread.
I receive item numbers or id numbers almost on a daily basis. There is no reason I would ignore your item numbers or say I didnt get them. Post them here on the thread or send them to Jimmy if that seems better and he will forward them to me.
Except you are sending them to another mail besides where you sent the 6 emails.

Five i5s are expected in first batch. 4 Dells and 1 HP. Delayed-as ordered batteries did not arrive on time. They will be available this month. I will update you end of this week.

This final set will mean that we have more laptops available as replacement then laptops owed customers. 10 laptops including 2 minis set to ship tomorrow. Total of 38 laptops will ship this month-bringing total laptops shipped and on ground to over 120 including about 60 with customs. This number is almost 4 times the number of laptops owed customers.
-Several customers have had bulk items in our USA storage for a while now. Please urgently arrange with your shipper to have them picked up. Mr Lateef for example had his multiple items picked up last week by UPS. All you need is to send me the shipping label by email-and the shipper will ask UPS, FEDEX or USPS to come pick them up.

The responses and feedbacks I'm seeing here are not good for business at all. I've been to many importation threads on nairaland but this one is scary. Lagtech pls do something.

We have done a lot to resolve issues on ground by refunding people and making replacements available were possible. Several customers got items last month July and a total of about N185,000 was paid to people as refunds. All pending items and refunds will also be made available from tomorrow.
