tooltip: lagtech pls do whatever u have to do to expedite the process......its very painful that my first ebay purchase will go awry,it hurts more because timeframe has been stretched....please how long will it take to get a refund,as the item seems to have issues

Funds should be available within a few days after case is closed.Case is closed 3 to 4 days after its opened. But since Ebay guarantees all funds-we (LAGTECH) may be able to make the money available to you from our purse earlier and we then collect when ebay refunds.

Your seller has not replied and has provided no tracking info. He has until Tuesday for the item to arrive-if he doesnt-I can open a case against him and he has to refund.

EUGENE4GOO: @Lagtech, am sorry for saying it like this but the truth must be told. When will all these deals arrive naija? It is not posting deals for people to pay but sending it as of when due. You always delay shipping and that is what is affecting most of us.

Thanks for the post-you have said nothing wrong. Good to have your business.We have been posting deals since April-you even got one of them yourself some months back when we sold dual core lenovos for 16k to 19k-you ordered and we delivered to you in about 2 weeks in July. It would have been 2 laptops -but there was a mix up on the single core r51 and someone else picked up when it arrived.
We dont delay shipping-how shipping works has been the most explained thing on this thread.
