There is no obligation to post such pics especially if you require privacy. But someone on the thread today said maybe those names of pick ups are not real. We appreciate the update pics. There were 3 pick ups last week of over 100 items belonging to about 25 people.

Please if you have complaints-kindly send an email. Email is the best form for our response to you. Better than BBM, text, phone calls or thread posts. We can always track emails and WE REPLY EVERY EMAIL. Some bbm messages-we miss-likewise some texts, calls and posts. For those who have come to trust our services and products -we appreciate you. For those who have been disappointed-we apologise.

SHIPPING UPDATE
If your item has been delayed-we have sent you an email. If you dont get our email-please check your bulk/spam box. If you still dont see it-please email us immediately. We have been having some email issues this last week including emails to gmail bouncing back.
Only 1 Craigslist item and 2 Ebay items have been delayed plus 9 items from our inventory. Refunds are available for items from our inventory. All items except 2 are in Nigeria or will be in Nigeria by Monday the 1st. Only 1 item was lost (although will be found)-but it was insured-so no loss. Please email if you havnt gotten a message from us. Not BBM or thread posts or texts-only email please.

Last week shipments arrive Naija today. Available for pick up Saturday the 6th.

Next Shipment is Wednesday September 3rd. To Arrive Monday the 8th and pick up later in the week.

Items Ship Every Wednesday-Land Following Week Saturday (Please allow up to an extra week for delays).

If ordering from Ebay-please factor in your ebay sellers shipping time especially if your item is from China or UK.
Every now and then we have delays with shipping-these are unpredictable and in some cases uncontrollable. Most delays are a few days to a week. When a delay exceeds 21 days and there is no NAHCO strike or Customs seizure -then we offer refunds to people who have ordered from our inventory.
For orders for 3rd party items (Ebay, Craigslist etc)-refunds are not possible-one alternative is to help a customer sell their items to another customer willing to wait.
We are working to increase our delivery time from the average 10 days to less than a week-but for now the only alternative to make shipping faster is by courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX,USPS)

Handling Service
If you have a paypal or ebay account-you can use our address to have your item shipped to Nigeria. Charge is $10 per item. Discounts if items are small in size or low priced. Shipping is by weight at $5 per pound.

Online Services
We can help you buy from Ebay, Amazon, Goodwill, etc.
Charges: :Total Cost of Item + $30 Commission + Shipping to Naija
We charge $30 per transaction with discounts on multiple items and low priced items.
Phones are billed at $20 (Shipping and Commission)

CraigsList
Craigslist involves a lot of work including driving, meeting you with the client, communication with the seller.
Charges: Cost of Item + $30 Commission + Petrol Cost to pick city + Shipping to Naija
$30 per transaction. This is for all transactions-even af ree item-so you have to consider the total cost to see if it is worth it. But picking up multiple items at once attracts a discount: $30 for the first item. $25 for the 2nd. $20 for the 3rd. $15 for the fourth.
Petrol Cost: The cost of petrol is determined by the destination. Please refer to front page of the thread for petrol cost to selected cities.

No-shipping is charged by weight-$5 per pound. A 15.6 laptop for example weighs from 6 to 8 pounds after packaging with the charger-so that is $30 to $40,whereas a netbook weighs 2 to 4 pounds ($10 to $20).

We also charge a commission of $30 except where the items is low priced. We would not charge $30 commission for example on a $40 item.

Phones are billed at $20 for both shipping and commission.
