Good Day, FRiends.
New here and have read through, but did not get a similar story to mine, so i have to write and ask.
I will be applying for a tourist visa, my wedding coming up by December. I will be going for wedding shopping and sight seeing. Intending of using like 2weeks.
(A)My fear is do i have to apply with my husband to be? (B)And I do not have any travelling history (Just Cotonou). (C)Had 2 uk visa refusal.
What are the advicesable documents to submit please. Was thinking of the following: Please help cross check.
1.Letter of employment. (been working like 2yrs with a financial institution).
2.Leave approval. (and a letter of introduction from my GM)
3.Tax idcard and company's id card.
4.Hotel reservation and itinerary.
5.Wedding invitation card.
6.Pre wedding photoshots.
7. A copy of order of wedding events layout.
8.My bank statement(salary and personal)
9. Consent letter from my husband to be.
10.A business registration name certificate(an event company Jan 2014 and few shares certificate)
All for now.
Please, as i read before my fear is if i will be questioned why am not going with my husband to be. Can i be refused on that or any other thing?
Please is there any other additional or subracted documents.

@vicjustice...my present refused study visa was sponsored by myself, and d ECO gave me 40points on my present application. so I will be using the same self gtb account.

@vicjustice...thanks for your earlier reply, I appreciate all. Want to ask for your last advice. As I explained that the study visa was refused Eco stating * you have failed to attach documentary to your claim* Now that have got the documents (1,letter from my lawyer,2,letter from d previous sponsor(that said bank never called him) and a 3,declaration from the bank).
I attach all these they said I failed to attach and then REAPPLY.
What do you think? Thanks.

Since review is done if you think the ECO's decision is wrong.
His not wrong, because I truly did not attach a documentary 2 the claim that my sponsor for the first application was not contacted.
Please assist a sister,so I dont miss my admission.

Now, do you think i should do an Administrative Review or I get the supporting document failed to attach previously and the reapply? Because I heard review might be taking long. My school is resuming 20th Jan.
Am planning of getting a letter from my ex husband with his company's letter head that was used previously,his passport page,drivers license and a letter from my lawyer. But am not sure about the Declaration letter from the bank.
Do you think that will be good?
Should I go for review or reapply?.

@vicjustice: d story so far,applied 4 a visit visa 2012 n was refused(reason stating first bank contacted d sponsor but denied sponsoring). The sponsor as at den was my husband (now ex). So lik on d 18th I applied 4 study visa and was refused again ( reason stating in ur personal statement, u claimed d sponsor wasnt called and u failed 2 add a supporting documentary to that,therefore I refue you). My present study visa had no issue, I had 40 points and all was cool, just dat dey refered back 2 my previous refusal. Now do I review or reapply with the supportn documents they said I dint attach.

Use a plastic folder to keep all ur docs together esp if u r a scatter brain like me, Dy will still put it in their own folder doh.
Make a copy of all ur docs, also make one copy of ur passport data page.
Every1 do me a favour and tk d exact cash u need (80,460 plus 500 service charge plus 400 sms)sms isn't compulsory doh. Am oust saying cos d tips at d bank counter der will just tell u 'its 81,500'! I had already paid absentmindedly when it clicked n I asked her to do d addition again n gimme my change I no De look Uche face .....
Not like am a cheapskate, afterall I've never left d vfs with my change b4 as dy always claim not to hv change, but d audacity of adding 140 naira (dts like a lil below $1 ) imagine how many ppl dy do dt to in a day

Hi guys, please i was completing the Study - PBS Tier 4 Student - Tier 4 (General) Student form online, and there is this section for MAIN ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS OF WHERE I WILL BE STAYING WHILST IN UK. And the main issue is i planned getting an accommodation off campus when i arrive. Staffordshire university, stoke on trent. Please what am i to put in there? Thanks
