Hmmm....I can relate to what you're currently facing because I've been in similar shoes before, but I don't know why all this 'Hospitality Managers' like living fake life. A few of them even get to abuse their complimentary priviledge.

The truth is just make up your mind to pay because if you press him too much, he may get to pay but at the end still look for a means to set you up on the job..., no matter how hard working or smart you may be.

I'll advise you to meet him & tell him you've realised your mistake but he should kindly break the bill in instalments for you so that there will be something left from your salary.

This News is very real..., these villages are about 6Km from my work place & 3Km to 4Km from Kaduna International Airport . This operation took place between friday & saturday. We were hearing gun shots and bomb blasts during the day barely 4 hours after NA troops passed.

Kindly trick them to a police station (Divisional) to be precise & detain them for 48 Hours with the police cooperation & when you're ready to bail them; let the DPO force them to write an undertaking of '2 copies' with all your conditions stated. 1 copy for you & the other to be filed in the station. I bet you, they will regain their senses back after this experience & you'll realize why police is 'truly' your friend.

It has been my aunty's practice as a widow of 3 years then & it really worked for her till they all grew up and became responsible men in the society.
