hey laminaria, is it possible to get a diploma program for someone who finish secondary school 10-12years ago,asking for a friend.

@Justloveme: what was he/she during inbetween the period? Is gonna be hard to convince any CO as GTE without solid activity for such a lengthy period.
@Richnet: perhaps you need to work more on your experience to qualify for PR but as for for raising the rest of the money while studing here my bro....YOU CANT. Only if your bro/uncle is gonna be responsible for larger part of it.

@Dontee5star: it is a suicide mission bro...You can't raise it irrespective of your ability. If you can go thru PR if you are eligible.

@Richnet: your case officer knows your resumption date,only if you have one for now since your visa is under level3. Concerning your test of English validity am not sure tho but I guess you should be fine provided you have submitted prior to the time it expires l, if all things work well the worst case is to provide current English test. About frequent emails or calls it is a no no idea it shows how desperate you are...you will surely hear from them when it is 3months. I think at this point just keep your fingers cross and full of prayers.

I didn't submit any form of Sponsorship document, Financial Statement and I didn't mention anything about finance‎

I dnt understand u. you can only use ur offer letter as home tie if it is clearly stated in d letter that d job will still be waiting for u wen u return. If u are 4 svp, then remember there are still other ways to prove ur gte.
An offer letter is however impt as evidence of ur work history so I guess u can swear an affidavit for it if u can't have it corrected. if ur employer is also willing to give u a ref letter, den it can also be stated there.

@chetaray: make sure u fill question 40, landed property, marriage certificate (if married), Registered Business in naija etc.

go to your bank wit ur offer letter, school bank details, passport..and ask anyone that u want to mak use of FormA. make sure u already have equivalent in naira n extra for bank charges too.

What was the content of the email you sent to them? I remember telling ppl that applied for their Visas on this thread to be guided when contacting pretoria.

Though, you don't have to be scared as the email you got was from the General Secretary in-charge of Visa enquiries.

Emails are to be sent to: immigration.pretoria@dfat.gov.au

Email is to be sent only when the standard processing time has passed for your application. If you keep sending unnecessary emails, you will keep having unnecessary response.

Pretoria is currently experiencing heavy lumps of Visa applications and it's making it to take time for Visa processing. Most SVPS are now 6-7weeks since August.

The person that replied you is not your CO and doest know the AL you are in, you were just classified as AL3 because you applied from AL3 country.

am not sure about that, i applied aug 27th and got my grant sept 15th. not up to three weeks. medical ahead is always good too.

please if u av sent your sop to futuredon dont bother to send it to me cos after my lil suggestion i still forward it to him for final assessment.
and moreso, dont subject yoursef to too many people on Sop, dont get confused or distracted by many suggestion.

don't put unnecessary pressure on ursef, photocopy dose visa page(s) u wish to use lik one or two is okay just to show travel history..i didn't use it n i got d visa, alot here on nairaland who got it without travel history.
u must certified d current passport page u wish to use at teleperformance.

Hi, just going thru your posts again when I saw dis one. Numbers 1 and 3 reason. I am single too and didn't include any family members in my form 157A. How does dat affect ones visa because I can't put my immediate family's name there as they specified that ur family members are ur spouse n kids not parents and siblings.

number1 reason is question 40..any of ur relative in your home country who is neither accompanying nor joining you in oz. ans : any of your family members.
number3: is not really important cos alot of people got d visa and yes they are single without putting any future wife or husband name on it
but i tink question 40 is compulsory...if u are yet to apply u can do d needful and if already applied, put faith in GOD.

abt d interview, they call some people and sometimes dey dont call.....if they call u i guess is to get some clarification but i learnt from people they call is that, if u truly put ir application together u shud be able to flow. she didn't call me d visa grant just drop

Thanks, I am working in a hospital and my reference letter just says I work with them n nothing else. I will definitely do as advised here to avoid complications. So wat did u tick in their checklist regarding bank verification document, I saw that in teleperformance list.

hmmmm....try and talk wit your boss to state that on your reference letter that serves as home tie too. honestly i dont understand what u mean by bank verification document from teleperformance.
btw i just noticed you and 2posh are asking d same questions in different way. all d same, go tru their checklist very well.

Does the company letter have to state stuff about study leave and that my job will be waiting for me when I get back? There's no such guarantee in my case. Such a letter isn't listed in the SVP checklist either. Am I missing something?

yes it is not stated there but blv me Job reference letter is one of d biggest home tie. u can compel your boss to do that for you.

You need to cool of yourself from financial evidence u keep asking otherwise u complicate issue for yourself, stick to what is on checklist.... http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/572-/Subclass-572-document-checklist-streamlined. dont know ur visa type tho but i guess it will help u.
if you are working....Yes 100% u need letter from them except u av a way of proofing to CO that u are coming bak to start up your ursef. letter from your working place will show that u are working wit them, ur duties , Grant of ur study leave and how ur course in oz will have positive impact.
if u are above 18yrs u dont letter from your parents.

In d place of bank statement did you have to show any other form of financial evidence, like sponsorship letter or separate declaration or something as @erictack203 said. If Yes, pls clarify. I'm going to teleperformance this week n I want to be fully prepared to avoid wahala. I'm also using SVP like u did. pls I await ur valued response.

Dont complicate issue bro, i didn't use anything as form of financial evidence....i hope u already ticked svp on your form157A. .wen u get to telerperformance, they will also give u a form to tick...there also u tick that u av financial strength to cover all ur expenses and that's settles it.
as for your sponsorship letter.. i didn't sumbit any tho. if u are working company letter will fil d vacuum amd strong SoP. but if u are not then mayb either of ur parents.

erictact203: yes bro, i used FormA via bank tranfer for the payments i made to the school, i dont know much abt cbn rules regards to that presently....2posh: ibueed NPC attestation, and yes i got d visa. like lawland used age declaration, i guess once is from a recognized body u shud be okay wit it.

@ifexsco: mtn does the magic for me, #500 can talk up to 25min but depending on d best network coverage in your area. all d best!

Yeah, I knew about the rejection that was my reason for writing that statement. Keep in mind that laminaria was also rejected not so long ago and now she's back and balling big time

am actually a guy, most people make u of bank tranfer via formA....i used too,..and beside i tink is more safer n better, u know sometimes am personally afraid of this online transaction due to network or hackers (boys on keyboard)but i know couple of guys that used as well
