My main focus of asking this simple question is that, Is possible to study abroad with ND without the stress of going trough the process of undergraduate again abroad, am talking of som1 studied computer science as ND and want to further abroad especially. In Indian or USA where ICT is wide open.
Like going for postgraduate or 2yrs professional course instead of starting again there from undergraduate..matured advise pls!
