It is actually the Yoruba who are clearly ahead of the pack according to that data shared by you.

The Igbo and Ibibio are both next because they have a tie at 64.1% each.

However, bear in mind that the population of Ibibio and the Igbo population are a minority population so the sample size extrapolation of the population becomes unfair and disproportionate if you compare the minority population of Igbo and minority population of Ibibio to that of a super majority population Yoruba.

Apart from the similarity in the minority population of both Igbo and Ibibio population, the education system each of Ibibio and Igbo has been negatively affected by ipob terrorist group activities although the Ibibio experienced less ipob related terrorism distruption as reported in some parts of Akwa Ibom when compared to Igboland.

Due to large spread and large land mass, it would be better to compare the Yoruba to the Hausa and Fulani ; the 3 super majority tribe by population.

So if you work in real numbers, you may actually have a higher numerical number of better educated Hausa, Fulani children than the number of Ibibio and/or the Igbo children.
If you use real numbers as wel to compare the Yoruba to the southern minority tribes then it is possible that the number of better educated Yoruba children may be greater than the total sum for the number of ibibio, Igbo, Edo and Ijaw.
