Mktinsight owns that Twitter handle. It is okay, but we should not pay further attention to bitter wicked people. Whatever his reasons are for opposing development in Anambra state (especially the international airport), he will fail. I do wish him to remain alive to see the airport. Perhaps someday, he will fly through it and attempt to destroy public infrastructure there out of hate, then he will be finally arrested

I do think he is Igbo, but those types of Igbos that consider only their hometown as Igboland. In their mind, something outside his hometown or in another state makes him furiously jealous.
The emboldened is very funny.

@MKtinsight pls do solemnly swear u won't destroy that u wont destroy any infrastructure in or around our Int.Airport when it's finally completed? grin

Anambra should aim to build bus terminals epecially in major cities to grow revenue and to organize mass transit.

Look at what Rwanda is doing with its City Bus Terminal:

Or Tanzania's massie Luis Mbezi Bus Terminal

Step by step...Rome wasn't built in a day.

If d world doesnt come 2 an end any time soon.. Anambra will build bus terminals, good roads, healthcare facilities, infastructures..level up our state capital..construct an artificial beach(it's not impossible,,these business men and women need a cool relaxation spot after d toiling day in day out).

Willie is trying but more should be done in earnest!

I do not know your background but a modern rail system is far more expensive to build than an airport.............. if we can keep the corruption associated with construction projects to a minimum, 10 billion naira should deliver a decent airport we can all be proud of. Please do not forget that the foremost airline operator in the country is from this state and we should give him the support and base to do greater exploits. The airport business model is really not the money-spinner we imagine it to be, most airports in the world are heavily subsidized by governments. I think Anambra deserves an airport of its own. In the unstable geopolitical environment, we have in Nigeria, it will amount to ethnic suicide not to have several airports within alaigbo especially as we are not too close to the ocean...........these airports may become lifelines in a serious conflict.......this issue is not just about naira and kobo o.
Wisdom packed!

My question now is this, Since Anambra state doesn't deserve to have an airport because we have airport less than 10mins drive\10miles to us,
What should we do to the one we are building now?
Should we abandon it or Demolish it or what?? Pls tell me
Plant grass in d open field and rent it out to fulani boys 4 grazing. So that Bubu can give us a pat on d back 4 a job well done and dash us fre-si-den-zy.

I wonder oh.
I'm I seeing right? Some people are judging our progress to why theirs is not working.
So according to them, their airports should be saturated with patrons from our state before we get a "go ahead" from them to build ours forgetting that we are Ndị Anambra and we don't take order from anybody nor become benefactors of another.
Infact we should have launched two Airports instead of one
Hey God! Nna calm muo down first. One is already giving some sleepless nights and now u talking of two...u wan pple2 start hanging themselves 4 forest? Biko kwa grin
