Sure, will do so once I am done researching, will share names of hospitals that have emails too..willing to do all that..let me finish first sha Bluefin: I think it is good for you to share the bills hospitals gave you that you think is high. That way others can know what to expect. Also when you may think it’s high but they are still reasonable enough. You can also use that communication to at least obtain a medical visa if you have enough finances to show you can pay that kind of bill.
Once you get your visa then you can continue your research and find an alternative hospital. As long as you have not made a continent to any hospital. |

Una for wait make visa expire first na.. Kieranfrench: Hello Good day everyone. my story is quite strange. I got a 2 years US tourist VISA in 2016 to expire november 2018. Have travelled twice with the visa and was planing my third travel right around when the visa would expire so i opted to renew it via dropbox even before it expires. When i got my passport i saw a 221g letter attached to it asking me to schedule an interview.... i didn't know wrong i did. was very disappointed. i ended up still travelling with my visa because it had 3 months still valid. Reaching d border, i was interviewed as usual and passed through with ease. Made me even more confused why my visa wasn't renewed via dropbox. Now this is what you have to know too, i got a new passport with my surname changed (because am married so wanted to answer my husbands name). My husband however is an American with a foreign name. So have been thinking if my change of name on my new passport had something to do with my visa not renewed. I scheduled my interview on april with the first available date that i saw.... Just few days ago i received a mail from the embassy that they have rescheduled me for next week..... bringing my interview date closer ...lol i don't know what i did to them. am confused....
any advice please? thank you NB: never overstayed, first trial i got the visa so not been rejected before, have a good travel history. |

Using company’s account for a personal trip or vacation is a red flag..the sponsor should provide you with his own personal account Julizee: Thanks for your response, regarding account statement, I intend going with the company account statement, and letter of sponsorship. Do I have high or low chances of getting a visa approval? |

Thanks for writing this without being judgements and also passing the message in such a way that one will understand without fear of being castigated..you rock Mancala: This may sound like splitting hairs, but lets make an important distinction. Converting a B1/B2 visa to something else like a permanent residency while in the US is not illegal in itself. What is frowned upon is immigration intent at the time of obtaining the B1/B2. You should not obtain a visiting visa when your intent is to immigrate or with the express intent to convert to a permanant residency when you get to the U.S. If you tell the VO, as you rightly should, that you plan to stay and convert when you arrive in the U.S., you will most likely be denied and advised to apply for the appropriate visa category (whatever that is, and good luck with that).
However, if you obtain a visiting visa with the original intent of visiting and returning at the appropriate time, but circumstances change while you are visiting... for example, by chance, you meet and fall in love with the "love of your life" and get legally married.... in this case, you are perfectly within the law to change your visa through the AOS process. It all depends on original intent which almost always resides in the applicants head and leads to subjective means to determine. Kudos to the OP for coming clean with his intent and making the VO's job easy. He is either an honest gentleman, or extremely naive |

NIFES: Good afternoon everyone; Please any mama(s) here that used JH Stroger cook county in Chicago for birthing and has/have renewed their visa should please share their experiences as regards this discount or no discount saga.
My Dropbox application is going to 2 weeks now and I have not heard any feedback from the embassy.
My question is, does JH stroger OB- package for self-pay patients qualify as discounted bill? I paid a total of 7.35k dollars; is till considered to small for normal delivery and red flag in visa renewal. This suspense is annoying and unfair. Please help shed some light on this.
Thanks all. |
