First, don't hide your masters degree as it might come back to hunt you in future.
Secondly, what area of law was your first masters? Is it the same as the second masters application? If yes, then you can say due to unforeseen (personal)circumstances you couldn't concentrate during the cause of the program and you intend to have a second run at it(in a more stable system). If no, then you can say you intend to try another area of law that interest you ( give details on how you intend to use the new area effectively in Nigeria after graduation).
As for the PGD thing, you can also apply for it since your masters application is still ongoing and nothing is certain yet(don't put all your eggs in one basket). If you eventually get your admission then we can advise you on what next to do. For now concentrate on securing admission.

What you need is a doctor that will give you the cost of delivery which includes,
Doctors fees
Hospital fees for VB or CS (for well-baby and well mama)
etc
Make sure you have enough money to cover for the cost when you go for your interview or travel.

As for giving you hospital, use google to look for hospitals in your location of choice and start calling all of them

This is false. A Canadian health authority isnt a health leader, but basically a geographical grouping of health providers.

Someone can request a letter from any medical facility in any health authority, or medical provider ie doctor that is part of said health authority. There are numerous across Canada, and these letters are not difficult to get for Canadians.

International patients DO NOT displace locals in hospitals but DO reduce quality of care for local patients due to increased demand.

On another note, even if birth visas are still being handed out, everyone should be aware that many clinics and hospitals are being mindful of backlash and no longer serving foreign patients.

A number of people I know that got the Canadian visiting visa were not pregnant when they initially applied. They became pregnant months after the Canadian visa was approved.

You do know that the Canadian visa when approved is valid during the same duration of your international passport.

No I didnt make payment until they asked, full hospital payment was made
