ABS brakes not operating
Reason:
Because of the safety of functional and safe brake operation, the ABS Module (and the SRS Module) does a self test by supplying voltages to each pin and measuring the voltage (the short version) on its corresponding return pin. In an instance when the voltage is not within its specified parameters -IE. Too High, Too Low, Missing, The ABS module then determines the relevant fault and deactivates the ABS system and illuminated the ABS warning light, which happens during each key cycle. This is why the light illuminates when the key turns on.
Operation
1 navigate to the diagnostic menu of BA ford falcon, and obtain the fault code “C1155 LHF Wheel Speed Sensor”
2 turn the ignition on. After the self test of ABS module, reset the fault code.
3 graph the left and right front wheel sensors from the live data menu with NT630.(The output of the LHF wheel speed sensor was flat line at the time of driving.

So far he have had good success with BMW.
-- BMW:
So far all BMW’s supported auto vin & autoscan, was able to get a quick easy accurate report of issues.


2006 BMW X3:
Was able to find 2 misfires because of bad plugs.

2009 BMW z4:
Was able to diagnose and find bad HAL sensors stopping the roof from retracting


-- Ford:
Not to many test subjects yet, auto vin did not work, had to manually pick the truck

2002 F250 XLT:
After manually picking the truck the autoscan worked. This truck doesn’t have to many systems but I was able to see all appropriate data, clear warnings etc.


-- Chevy / GM:
Having a little bit of an issue here.

Testing on a 2012 Avalanche LTZ:
Autovin did not work, I had to pick the truck manually.


Ran an autoscan and a bunch or fault codes did show up from the scan. However none of the codes appeared to be correct. I was not expecting to get any codes on this truck. It was telling me things like the driver door window switch was faulty, but it definitely works. From there when I tried to display and or clear the code the scanner froze. I let it sit for 10 mins nothing happened. I had to power it off. Going back in I manually selected just the device that was throwing codes, however when scanning it directly nothing was detected. NO scan tool can do everything, such a Scantool does not exist, since you are working on different brands, you need a dealer level scan tool, such as Autel maxidas or the Autel maxisis ms90*, or snap on verus, or launch X431, or OTC encore, or you can also get a Launch easydiag, $40 for update, I don't know for OTC, snap on is complicated, but Autel is $500 a year, but the first year is free.
when it comes to scan tools, it is a kind if give and take, the easydiag pro or something, from Launch Is cool and uses your smartphone, the first two cars are free, then every other car is free, of course the generic OBD2 function is free, but the easydiag does not do bidirectional controls, while Autel maxidas does the bidirectional, I will be upgrading to the maxisys very soon, so take that one, the maxisys pro has scope capabilities, just do ur research and determine what you need.

What I have tried:
Due to on site drum fuel filled and drivability issues of the car, I have emptied and cleaned the flue tank, replaced the fuel filter and suction control valve and programmed the injectors. But it still broke down.

Diagnostic process:
(1)Devices required:

Second, use NT644 to graph data to compare the graphed rail pressure 10,000 kpa / 100 bar with the measurement of CRD700.


According to the data, I rule out the injector pump issue. After moving and testing the injectors, I found injector 2 and 3 where leaking-into return-.After replacing and programming the injectors I tested the car and found the pressure where all within specification.

Here's sulution about engine codes of 2000 Audi A6 do not match on foxwell NT500 and the useful solution has been given.



Vehicle info:

Model and year: 2000 Audi A6 avant, 2.8L 30 valve non-turbo.

Engine code: ATQ, 147KW.



Symptoms:

My foxwell NT500 do not match with engine codes and it doesn’t take my VIN. The list of NT500 has AMX, ARE, AGE, AJK, APR, AQD, and north American models are AHA, ATQ (mine),APB, BEL, AVK, AWN,BBD, BAS, BCY. Is there a firmware upgrade that would list my model?
