In as much as this should come as good news to the nation, we need not to be too excited over this because the educational system is already in sorry state.

Growing number of the unemployed
The half baked graduates each year
The affordability of these institutions (tuition fee)
Lecturer commitment towards students success.
State of most federal institutions,in terms of academic facilities,
