PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Sponsor: Ihejirika Finallyreacts, Gives Reasons For The Allegation by lanrefront1(m): 6:28pm On Sep 06, 2014
I'm not saying the General is guilty of the accusation Davies has made against him, neither I'm I saying he is not.

But there circumstances under which terrorists may gibe up names of their sponsors freely. The number one condition is that they have had a fall out in relationship or arrangement between them and the sponsors/sponsor. They feel the sponsor has betrayed them, therefore may give up the name of the sponsor/sponsors as a way of getting back at him/them.

This happened a lot during the cold war between the West and USSR.

Aiding terrorists is not always about money. Giving them sensitive information or facilating their operations in anyway is Alao part of it. The terrorist may even be paying huge money for these services.

dking123: You r also guilty. the real reason for ur opposition of Gej is because he is not ur tribe. Gej is by far better than Obj, Abacha,Abdusalami and rest.
GEJ can't be better than these people.

GEJ administration is so corrupt, too corrupt, the corruption is mind blowing. How can anyone sincerely says such an Administration is a good administration to start with, talk less of qualifying with the word "better"

ojimbo: not really my dear, their financial problem started immediately sanusi lamido sanusi was removed. Quote me and i will proove that to you
Sanusi has nothing to do with Bokoharam. Please show the proof.

Same way they've been shouting Buhari. Sanusi is only named because he fell out with GEJ over the 20 billion embezzlement accusation.

Phrankin: okay then, PROVE IT.
Never said I want to probe anything. People are saying, its not possible, it is illogical. Terrorist can never their sponsors.

I'm merely trying to open people's eyes that there are peculiar circumstances in which terrorists can name their sponsors.

chinazaekperem2: you are f00lish, your reasoning is incoherent and illogical, you are dangling from one point to another, boko haram now has international loaded individuals not ihejirika again, f00ls paradis cheesy
I tire for all these people on Nairaland.

Everyone knows this. That Boko-Haram now has ties with other terror groups, that it is finance from foreign elements.

it was not like this when Bokoharm started. Boko-Haram of today is different from Boko-Haram of 2011. The aim of the Northern elites was to force Jonathan to give up the PDP presidential slot so a Northerner can become President according to the agreement claimed to have agrees upon in the party.

Then Boko-Haram was also used to target Christians. Even the traditional elites like the Sultan etc were in support. At that time, you will never hear them speak evil of Boko-Haram.

But today the organisation is no longer under the control of Northern elites. Today Boko-Haram is killing everybody, even emirs. Today Bokharam wants to become another ISIS in Nigeria.

So many of the original backers or sponsors of Boko-Haram are no longer with them today.

These things happens very well. If for instance, a top official in the CIA has been working for years and giving useful beneficial information to KGB or terrorist, and at point in time decided to stop, then he will be threatened that he must continue otherwise they will expose their association together. And if he goes ahead and terminate the relationship, they go ahead and name as a way of punishment. yes, during the cold war, they were several western double agents that were exposed by KGB because they terminated their relationships with KGB.

So terrorists can name their sponsors if they had fallen out with those sponsors. They will never name someone who is still beneficial to them.
PoliticsRe: Boko Haram: 50 Lawyers To Storm The Hague For Prosecution Of Sheriff, Ihejirika by lanrefront1(m): 2:14am On Sep 06, 2014
chinazaekperem2: so who has been sponsoring them after the sponsors fell-out? Let's see if you are intelligent grin
you are the unintelligent one; did you read where I said Boko haram now has international ties.

a they have ties with al-queda and other terror groups and therefore international loaded individuals who believe in the Islamic Jihadist cause
PoliticsRe: Boko Haram: 50 Lawyers To Storm The Hague For Prosecution Of Sheriff, Ihejirika by lanrefront1(m): 10:16pm On Sep 05, 2014
chinazaekperem2: until those proof are unveiled, ihejirika remains innocent. Lemme ask you a question, why do you think a terrorist group will reveal their sponsors?
Because the terrorists have fallen out with those sponsors. The sponsors are not able to control Boko haram again and have stopped support. But Boko haram now has international ties and don't need Naija politicians' money.

So Boko-Haram named them as punishing them for turning against them.

xier: The way some people reason even confuses the devil. NIMC is not releasing any biometric data to Mastercard nor anyone else. Sagemetrics as mentioned by someone here is also a client to the success of this project. Your biometric information is stored somewhere within Nigeria. What is released to Mastercard is the same information of yours that banks release to them about you which is your name. Your password is released by you when you use the card. This project was initially supposed to be handled by Chams Plc and OneSecure but they failed to invest in the project and for your information, the said N30B from FG is still being expected by NIMC. All who have worked on the success of the e-card are Nigerians. Any foreigner you see in NIMC is from the technical partners. The DG of NIMC is a Nigerian and in his little way has empowered Nigerians by employing them for this task not as contract staff as in the case of the defunct National ID card which was handled by a foreign company (Sagem). If there was no issue as regarding payment, you obviously wouldn't have seen Mastercard logo on your card. It is an not just an ID card but it also is a payment card.
so much analysis. Why does it have bear the logo of MasterCard? Was that necessary? Even America will never agree for the logo of a company to be on any any symbol of sovereignty, national pride or identity, even if it an American company.

No other country in the world will stand for this not to talk of an oil rich country in Nigeria.

It is plain wrong. There is no other name to call this. Anyone that can see this is either daft or bind supporter or ass licker of Jonathan's Administration.

Douglasdale: After reading a lot of the comments here, I think Nigerians are one of thee most myopic people ever.
Here they are complaining about Mastercard using there details and or giving them up to the US Govt and I find it funny that those same people after creating. Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and linking all their details to an Android phone or Apple phone... These same people will link their accounts to either a Mastercard debit card, Shop online, fill questionnaires and surveys... The Same people will still get an E-passport, go to an American or Europian embassy for a visa.... ONlY For Them to come and complain that they don't need America to spy on them and collect their information.
Medicine after Burial!!! The CIA is watching you in 3D already. Get used to it.

The same America you say are gays and illuminati yet you beg them for Ebola cure...

The same America u say u don't want them to send forces to rescue the girls and stop Bokoharama yet the girls are still abducted for 3months and BH is winning the way and declaring a Islamic caliphate
Very daft argument. How can you be comparing National ID card of a nation to Facebook and Whatsapp registration.

If don't know that slaves were sold by African rulers to Americans, then you really know next to nothing about African history. Kings wages inter-tribal wars just to raid up people to sell off as slaves to slave buyers from across the seas.

I swear with all my mind, Jonathan Presidency is dangerous to Nigerian. This guy is truly daft. He should not be a President.

Apart form the obvious security implications, the most important reason why this is unfathomable is this: how can you have the logo of company, not to mention that of a foreign company be on the National ID Card of Nigeria, the Oil Giant, the most populous black nation on earth.

Anyone who sees nothing wrong with that is a first class idiot after the the order GEJ.

A national ID card ought to be a symbol of national pride. Even the US will never allow the symbol of an American company on its ID card(it has one) or passport.

The daftness of Jonathan and those around him is really beginning to propel to ridiculous heights. Are they striving to collect an award in national stupidity?

God help us. I shudder to think that this Administration will rule for four more years. This national ID card scheme can only make us the laughing stock of the world.

Bokoharm was there even before Obasanjo's era, but politicised and heavily funded, well trained operationalized Boko-Haram started during GEJ's presidency.

Logically it does not really make sense for an Igbo man to be a sponsor of Boko-Haram. He may actually not be a sponsor but maybe render them some kind of help or support for immense monetary gains. can't put anything past human greed. Nigerians have become so corrupt.

But you're right, it may also he misinformation on part of Boko-Haram. So much confusion. buy without a doubt, the accusation against Modus Sherrif is 100% true.

One thing that is also clear is that Buhari has nothing to do with Boko-Haram.
