does the logo stay for more than 5 seconds before it goes off?. If it doesn’t,just get someone reload it for you.
if the apple logo goes on and off and on,check your battery if it is not unplugged.

if the phone does not connect to system then it’s an hardware fault,either get an engineer try another port before changing the tristar.

If it connects to PC,reload it but if it doesn’t then it is hardware issue.
