only greedy people get scammed like that in computer village,firstly he patronised touts on the street then secondly the phone shown to him is worth more than the bargain and he is aware of that. he was not scammed but outsmarted...you see people negotiating a phone worth 50k for 10k and they expect to get a good deal and not fufu.
next time people should learn how to enter a phone shop before buying a new or used phone,take time to test the phone then ask for a receipt.atleast you can always identify the shop in case there is anything wrong.
